    Good oven, but be ready for the digital display to fail. A digit on the oven digital display failed after approx. 1 year. Also, the digital display on the matching over-the-stove microwave also failed within a year.

    first glass top I have own I was kind of worry about scratching the top but it seem to be pretty durable but I have only had it a month but so far so good

    Love my oven but what good is an air fryer without the air fryer basket, was pretty disappointed to get it all set up and then no air fryer basket

    I love this stove! The only thing i can complain about is that I was supposed to get the air fryer tray as a promotion. It didn't come and apparently is not even available for awhile.

    I had this delivered 1 June 2021. When I tried to heat the oven to 350 per setup guidelines it took over an hour. I called BestBuy and initially they said they'd replace it and put me on hold. They came back and said they could not do that and would send a repair person. Instead they sent someone to install it so I rescheduled a repair person. He ordered a part which did not fix the problem. He made 2 separate trips. During this time I contacted BestBuy to see about just getting the oven replaced after all. After a LOOOOONG time on hold and disconnected calls, I spoke with someone and was advised I was out of the 14 day replacement window. I was NEVER given the option by BestBuy to replace and their misguidance and incorrect information cost me the opportunity to replace my expensive but defective and useless oven. Despite their mistake, because it's been longer than 14 days, I don't have another option with them. It's truly ridiculous. It never worked, I told them immediately, it still doesn't work, they knew about it but gave me no replacement option. While they are not responsible for the defective stove, they should honor the requirement to replace the defective item. They gave me such bad information in this scenario but I have to bear the brunt. Unfair!
