    The oven doesn’t maintain good, even heat. It’s an okay stove but I’d prefer something different and wouldn’t buy this one again.

    The dials are impossible to see the low to high settings on the various burners. The cooktop is hard to keep clean and the oven temperature is very inaccurate. I have continually tried to contact LG and through the chat I have received no help. I have been told that I was put on a priority list for repair but LG is impossible to get service. Please do yourself a favor and buy a GE profile or any other brand.

    So far so good. Heats up fairly quickly and cooks pretty well. So far the air fryer has been underwhelming and the black glass color on the oventop shows off smudges and is hard to keep clean.

    Good oven, that gets the job done. However, the plastic around the table top is cheap and the cooking top seems to be difficult to clean.

    Arrived and installed in a timely manner. The bag leg of the stove had broken off. Installer said he would order another and come back to fix it.

    Nice range but has some poor features as follows: the gray print on the stainless background makes all the printing extremely difficult to read. Have to use a light all the time from the over the range microwave and it is still hard to read. Storage drawer on bottom is extremely poorly made, very thin, feel like a thin piece of tin. Dial are large but not very clear to use.

    Disappointing purchase. The range arrived in an undamaged box, but the stainless steel rip that surrounds the cooktop had a very noticeable dent on both the left and right sides of the front. It appears to be a manufacturer defect as we tried to get a second delivery of the same model.

    My stove had to be recalibrated just a couple of weeks after it was delivered. LG had an appliance repair service come out to my house to check the heating. They had never serviced this type of stove before. Not cool! Stove is complicated to use. Not satisfied with this stove at all.

    The stove top was great. The oven wouldn't climb back to set temperature after placing food inside. Cookies came out burned on bottom and raw inside. I tried baking on different rack heights, no luck. App constantly sent notifications that the oven needed to be cleaned and the oven didn't need cleaning. Had an electrician out to test the plug, works fine. I really wanted to love this range but am returning it.

    Christmas disaster

    The day before Christmas and my new stove stopped baking. No Christmas cakes or pies. Whenever I tried to bake the broiler would come on. Oven would not bake. Too late to call for a service repair in time for Christmas dinner.

    Takes forever to heat up and is not an appliance you want in your home. Best Buy only will refund you your money if it is before 15 days from purchase

    the worst controls ever made

    The dials are a nightmare. They're impossible to read. One has High and Low next to each other. They combine multiple settings on a SINGLE DIAL. The elements cycle on and off instead of staying at a constant temperature. The person who designed the user interface should be scrubbing floors. I wasted $1200!

    Seems to work okay, but it's supposed to link to my WiFi via the app and won't connect. I've contacted LG about it multiple times and they promise to get back to me... and they never do. Contacted BestBuy with my "TOTAL TECH SUPPORT PACKAGE" about getting help and a hour and a half later they made zero progress and told me to contact LG again. In conclusion, I'm sure this stuff will break and get zero support then too. I wish I had bought another brand.
