    Stove top stains easy hard to remove

    Definitely would not recommend this oven The stove top stands very easily, and it is impossible to remove the burnt stains, even with scrubbing tools for ceramic stove top I called Best Buy, tech-support geek squad for servicing and that was a joke. They refused to look at it, stating LG would need to look at it. I would advise you do not buy an extended warranty on the stove. It is a waste of your money as they will not help you with it.

    The top of the stop, even with water that spills it stains and you can remove it. It gets scraped easily

    After recommendation from a family member I ordered an LG range. First LG came damaged. Second one arrived and the preheat function and display does not match the actual temperature in oven. Food comes out uncooked. Third LG has the same issue, preheat and display does not match the actual internal temperature Time to try another brand for range #4

    Love to top of over. For cooking. The pull out drawer is no made for anything heavy.

    Plugged unit in, turned it on and a blue electrical flash came out of the oven. Unplugged it and returned it to the store. Return was effortless and employees were understanding.

    So disappointed....Clear design defect.....wrinkled stainless steel on both front corners of cooktop. Can't avoid scratching the stainless wrapped around the cooktop. The burners on the top of the stove are not calibrated. If you turn it on high and then try to go to low, it doesn't cool down adequately.

    product backordered until the end of June/2024. I am supposed to receive a discount/credit/or gift card to compensate for all of the problems that occurred with scheduling install evaluation. Have not heard anything yet!

    Front burner broke after 1 week. LG customer service sucks, and geek squad won’t touch it while it’s under manufacture warranty.

    Doesn’t come with AIR Fry Tray

    This item doesn’t come with Air Fry Tray. Why not? Also, the light flickers on and off and it looks like some janky old appliance. Very expensive for a feature rich brand that doesn’t work properly. I have issues with all of the other LG Appliances that purchased at the same time

    Does not get the food hot. No matter what setting, this stove requires you to put the dish back in to get to temperature.

    Less than year old,Lower heating element not working . Have extended Warrant !! BUT appointment rescheduled twice. Geek squad has only one person to perform repairs. Hoping to get repaired before Thanksgiving.

    I was very happy to get a new stove and it looks so nice but since the first day the glass stop is getting stained very badly even from drops of water and some stains get stuck and do not clean up

    Paint on inside of oven wore off in a big spot after cooking in it twice and doing one easy clean with water. Had someone from lg come out and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I don’t recommend. There is unacceptable.

    I may change my review once i actually get one. I have had 2 rejected because they are coming from the factory with large dents in them. I have a third one ordered, of coursebitbis 2 weeks out.

    purchased this oven 6 months ago, bottom burner in oven went out, waited a week for a tech to come to our home and diagnose the problem, now have to wait three more weeks for part to come from overseas , and wait for install date after.

    Came in dented and the top stays hot when the oven is on. Be careful because someone could get burned. Would not recommend this product.
