    I can only write a review on what I know so far. Our product was delivered 60 days ago. Opened box yesterday to verify no damage and correct item. All is great, which means delivery men did a great job. No dings. It really is beautiful. Love LG products. This is second slide in from lg I’ve owned. Added air fry this time! Can’t wait to try. Should get installed soon.

    Love this range. Especially the blue interior. There is one thing that was quite annoying. There is a tiny piece of metal between the ground and neutral in the range. If you have a 4 prong plug and do not remove this little piece of metal it will cause the breaker to trip.

    A great stove does everything you need. Seems to be a good quality stove. I will review again after I’ve had it for a while. But so far, it looks great and works great.

    STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR Away.... You've been warned.

    You couldn't pay me to own another LG oven. This thing was problems from the start. Looks nice and all, performs like crud. The mother board blew in the first 2 weeks of having it, burners would turn on high while on low, and horribly uneven cooking and the oven temp fluctuated wildly sometimes by 50 degrees. We got approved for a replacement, it was on back order, we waited two months with no way to cook. We finally get the replacement. Shortly after... SAME ISSUES as the first one. burners would randomly decide they wanted to be on high (so dangerous) and then the oven stopped working all together in the middle of baking. We own an at home baking business and this thing was just trash from the moment we got it. Now LG doesn't want to replace it but I'm sure I'll get it back to them somehow because we don't need this trash anymore. We got a KitchenAid and it's WAAY better on every front.

    Fire hazard electric range

    I purchased LG electrical slide in range model LSEL6335FE in 2024, since that time I had many problems with this range. The front knobs of this range are extremely sensitive, so the burners can be turned on just by brushing against the knobs specially if you have microwave over range. That all created fire hazard, that happened to me multiple times to the point that my security smoke/fire alarm dispatched firetruck to my house. Beside these knobs there are others electrical problems with this range. The knobs do not corresponding correctly to numbers of the size of the burners that I had chosen, but come to the highest temperature setting. I contacted LG company within 1 year warranty and they sent technician for inspection. LG agreed to fix all these electrical problems, but not the knobs problems that is still will cause fire hazard. I preticularly asked them to do something with these fire hazard knobs. LG stopped responding to me at all, not through phone or emails. If you want to buy LG range, then buy other range with flax knobs that Best Buy are selling now, that LG created these flax knobs after so many complaints of people because these knobs caused fires and burns injuries. I am not going to keep this range even if I have to buy a new one again because I didn't want to have fire in my house,it is not fair though that after an only a year of having this range and multiple problems with it that LG doing g this knowing that it being sued over this range fires that it created. BBB should be reported all this as well.

      Regarding the burner controls, if you are experiencing the elements defaulting to the highest temperature setting regardless of your selection, one basic check you could perform is to ensure the Control Lock feature is not accidentally engaged when you begin cooking, though this would typically prevent the use of the cooktop entirely. We want to investigate this and the knob sensitivity further.

    Unit fit well in existing counter gap. Used daily since install. It heats well and the convection oven feature cuts cook time. Only issue is the right front burner -- it has 2 rings and the knob to control which ring(s) comes on is not well labelled as to which way to turn for inner or both,

    This range is very user friendly. I like that the clock does not cease functioning when you turn on the oven. The only difficulty that I have is that I need my reading glasses to see the Hi and Lo on the burners

    The oven is slow to heat up and temp inaccurate, as much as 50 degrees below set temp.

    I have only had the range for a few weeks, but like it so far. The air fryer feature is very neat. We made chicken parmesan in the air fryer basket that came with the stove and it turned out great.

    Beautiful range. Features and placement of knobs are great. Had to replace my old range (different brand) whose knobs didn't work properly anymore. This range looks great and works great.

    This stove is unfortunately trash. Its beautiful to look at, but i started having problems when i first got it. i downloaded all updates for the stove, but im still having issues. now it has gotten so bad, if i turn one eye on 2 or 3 turn on as well.. the numbers on the nobs are wearing off.. its just a mess... it always cooks everything on high even if i put it low.. very hard to use now.

    Very Dissatisfied - Horrible Customer Service

    Very unhappy with this range. After 3 months issues developed with the burners. Would turn on 1 burner and at least one or more other burners would come on as well. If the stove was running and you turned on a burner all burners would come on. Burners also had no control over heat, they came on at the highest temp. LG warranty service has been absolutely horrible. As of the date of this review which is some 3 months after were initially reported the problem we still have not had a warranty inspection. LG has scheduled inspections but has been with repair firms out of state??? the firms cancel because they don't go out of state. LG will not schedule with anyone in the town where we live and there are several repair firms. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Best Buy won't help because they say the extended warranty does not cover the 1st 12 months - that time period is covered only by the factory warranty. Hours of being on hold be told over and over a repair work order is scheduled but no resolution. No common human decency on the part of LG to help us resolve the issue after 3 months. It is sad because we have been LG fans until this incident. All our appliances including washer and dryer are LG
