After 10 years I replaced my electric range and wanted to go back to gas. I chose this model because I hate reaching over hot pots or burners to turn off the range. In addition to the splashes that accumulate from cooking no matter how many times that you have cleaned it. This range is very nice and so far I have been very pleased. Initially I thought it would stick out but I was wrong. Fits like a glove. While it’s too early to give a detailed performer review so far I’m impressed. The only issue I had was getting it connected to my WiFi. Contacted LG and found the default password was different for my model. After resolving that issue I have been happy with my purchase

I just installed my stove 2 days ago and love everything about it. However the griddle is damaged.

The oven works well and is very flexible for cooking. I took off one star because I would prefer all four burners to be the same size. I understand the concept but not my preference.

Looks and sounded amazing especially at the cost of nearly 2k. The burner black top coated piece exploded within the three weeks, exposing the metal rusted surface. All burners (where gas comes out of) are rusted within 21 days. I have had $500 stoves that were more durable than this. Honestly super surprised at the low end quality at the high marked price. Will have to call customer service and see what my options are.

Reading online I thought it came with a temperature probe. Not there. I thought it came with a spray bottle. Not there. It should have come with a reversible griddle. LG makes enough money off of us that all of the above should have come with the stove.

I absolutely love this new stove. In every way it is an improvement on what I had that the oven wouldn't work or maintain the temperature. The delivery and set up service was excellent.

Good product so far, have not used it enough to know more about its function! Only used oven couple of times and pizzas center has been not well done!

Really good gas stove. Easy to use replaces the original LG we had bought 5 years ago they couldn’t fix. Only complaint is with the grill in the middle front burners are really cramped with large skillet

Overall the unit is pretty nice. One thing I don’t like is having to go all the way passed high heat to shut off a burner. Center griddle burner could be better. Griddle plate is pretty much worthless with having such a rough surface.

Nice looking stove but the burner was rusting in the 1st couple days… and I felt like the burner wasn’t getting hot quick food took longer to cook and the oven light kept coming on

Gas burners discoloring already less than a couple months. My front right burner isn’t as strong as it was when I first purchased. The stove looks nice but I’m already have issues.

Like the features and appearance. Unfortunately haven’t used the unit yet. Having this unit returned/exchanged this week due to front right burner not igniting properly.

I’ve had the stove for 4 weeks, already have a repairman coming to fix a burner that doesn’t ignite. Stove also runs a little hot, but it looks very nice.

The basic design of this stove is flawed since you must remove the griddle portion of the stove in order to center any reasonably sized pan on the burners. In addition, the griddle burner does not extend the length of the griddle so you get non uniform heating of the griddle area. Very disappointed.

Within the 1-year warranty period, one of the burners on the range top stopped working (faulty igniter). So far I've been unable to schedule warranty repair service, after substantial effort on my part. Long waits on hold (exceeding an hour). Calls simply dropped. Service request made online was simply cancelled by them.
