    Worst buy should be the name of best buy. I asked the question on their website prior to purchase, "does this oven come with an anti-tip bracket". And the answer from Best Buys website was "yes it does". I purchased the oven and delivery and installation. When they installed it I asked where the anti-tip bracket was and they said it does not come with one. Contacted Best Buy and after several conversations with several support personnel they told be I needed to purchase it separately and gave me the part number. I told them about the question and answer from Best Buy and they refused to supply it or install it. They told me to contact LG and that my issue was closed. Contacted LG and this was there response: "Frank. We can understand how important it is to have every detail of your installation handled properly, especially when you've already paid for the service. Since Best Buy managed both the delivery and installation, the best next step would be to reach out to them directly for clarification and resolution. They’ll be in the best position to address any concerns related to what was included and ensure everything is completed to your expectations. For reference, the model number of your LG Range is LSGL6335D, and the part number of the anti-tip bracket is MAZ34877103. Sharing these details with Best Buy may help streamline the conversation and ensure they understand exactly what you're referring to. If you need anything else don't hesitate to reach out. Write to LG Support USA" Best buy lied and as far as the installation, it is a California building code requirement that an anti-tip bracket be installed. Best Buy was my worst buy and will not do business with them again, you should look for a more reputable vendor also. I like the Range! Best Buy sucks

    Open Box Joke - Absolute Disaster

    This review isn't about the stove. It is about Best Buy themselves. I actually bought the stove at Lowes. I purchased this through the Best Buy website in their outlet store. Listing showed as "all parts and pieces included for use". What a joke. It came out without grates, oven racks, knobs or burner covers. Use? You have got to be kidding. And the service in the store was a joke too. When the store manager finally got involved (45 minutes later) it was determined that the brand new version of the stove was not available, nothing in the outlet had 'all" of their pieces and I was not going to get a stove that day. Lesson to be learned - do not trust their website for purchasing anything in the outlet/open box area. However the stove itself? FANTASTIC from Lowe's

    The Worst warranty tech support ever.

    The oven had a mal functioning lock. LG wanted so much song and dance before sending a tech to fix the product. They insisted on a full live video demo, wasted 2 hours of my time, and more trouble than any appliance company I've ever had to deal with. Still, can't get the appointment, until I do more of their diagnostic work.

    EVERY AGENT HAS A DIFFERENT STORY AND NO STOVE !!

    1st story stove didn't make it to warehouse I time for delivery 2nd story stove was damaged during delivery 3rd story. the stove I purchased was actually $200 more so we need to create at new ticket. Sat Aug 16th 2 men came to my door for installation and I ask where is the stove, they said they weren't shocked and called Best Buy while in my door way..I spoke with a supervisor who said she would expedite it and call me back of course no call on 8/18/25 I'm on hold for 30 min waiting for an agent..and now on hold waiting for another supervisor and the agent ask did I want to cancel my order after missing work for a delivery and countless hold times. agent says sometimes items aren't in stock when website says differently still waiting fir more talk and no stove had to order hot plate from amazon. horrible service

    Got "excellent" open box item. Everything inside missing except the main rack.. so no offset rack, filler, tip kit, manual, air fry tray. 2 hours if phone and on line chats finally resolved that my only option is to return.. as gas stove we've already installed. No wonder this business is in trouble. I've bought many items from them.. never again!

    LG Service is terrible

    Within the 1-year warranty period, one of the burners on the range top stopped working (faulty igniter). So far I've been unable to schedule warranty repair service, after substantial effort on my part. Long waits on hold (exceeding an hour). Calls simply dropped. Service request made online was simply cancelled by them.

    Temperature Inaccuracies Make Baking Impossible

    Oven’s temperature is constant, but very inconsistent — 100% accurate at 350°F, but off by ~40°F when set to 425°F. Inaccuracy at some temperatures, but not all temperatures, means it’s impossible to calibrate. Would not recommend.

    lg range challenges

    Oven portion did not work. in order to get support the phone system bounced me around several times making it difficult to come to resution. Ultimately, Best Buy agreed to replace the unit at no cost. After the agreement, i got text asking to call as there was an isdue with the delivery. upon calling i got bounced around your call centrr again. The issue was that the prior support person entered info incorrectly to the system so the shipment could not happen. The order had to be reentered in the system which took 30 minutes of my time on hold. Two hours later i got another text indicating there was a problem with the shipment and to call again. Upon reaching someone else and explaining the issue again. he reviwed the order and all looked correct and the shipment is on track. i sure hope this is correct. In the mean time i do not have a range to use in our kitchen.

    what go is a measurement if they don't read it?

    Stove is great but getting installed was not. Had BB team come out first to measure. Brought measurement to store. Sales person did not look at the correct measurements. Had to have the counter top recut to fit bigger size. Had to have the install team come back out to finally install.

    Few weeks after the installation we started to smell gas even the range was turned on. Call customer service but they won’t have anyone to go out till 2 weeks or so this was ai ready bad. We disconnect the gas was a smart move on our side but We decided call PG&E. They confirmed that the right rear rang top burner bypassing N 40.0% and suggested that we must cont to disconnect the gas due to factory hassle. What’s sad about buybest after I called and informed them they treated me like I was joking or it’s a game to them.

    Do not waste your money on this $2,100 piece of trash. We've had it 14 months and the oven is complete toast. Our usual maintenance guy won't even touch LG products because they are so awful. The next person we called said it will be at least $300 to replace the part he THINKS is the problem, but there is no guarantee that's the issue. He said LG makes their products in such a way that it is intentionally difficult for anyone other than LG to figure out and repair the problem.

    I have booked appliances for my new home and 2 weeks before delivery I was told the rage is out of stock and bestbuy team asked me to buy a new gas range which costed additional $300 and I was told that I will get the price difference as a refund. Now that bestbuy appliance team is telling they cannot refund the difference I have paid. I am posting this to let betbuy know how things are being handled. I hope they will improve the customer service

    Nothing wrong with Lg unit but Best Buy will sell you a broke new unit and it doesn’t work and won’t do anything to fix it. They claim that an expert checks the item and it’s in operational condition but this is not true don’t trust them

    The team who came to install their did not want to strangle, it all so they install it and use 15 year old conector decided it’s too much trouble to unhook the old connector so they left the old one and told me to return the new one and get my money back because it was all commercial I called and I even stop at Best Buy and they do nothing about it. They said they gonna call me they never did so I’m stuck with an old connector for my gas stove.

    I bought the oven more than a month ago! I didn’t get it at the day I supposed to get it delivered! I had to wait for it 7am-7pm on Saturday! No delivery! I called, someone said we don’t have it and you have to wait till March 2024! I stopped by at the store, the sales person said, ohh we have it we’re gonna deliver it next week! The sales person was a nice person!
