    The paint chips off! I also purchased a LG refrigerator together with the stove, same color and the paint on the fridge door also chips off with normal use. It started 8 or 9 months after purchase & has been progressing. Geek squad says there’s nothing they can do and that LG has no service bulletin on the issue and that the paint issue is common. Why are they still being sold with this known issue?!!

    Good function but poor materials

    We like the LG gas range. However, the labels for the range knob assemblies are poorly put on. Instead of engraving into the metal surface, the labels were painted on the metal surface and wearing out in just two years. We called the LG customer service and they refused to replace for us. On LG website, the replacement for each knob is $70. We have serious concern about the safety if the labels are gone. But to replace all six knobs will cost more than $400 which is almost 1/3 of the cost of the range.

    The middle grid needs to be removed to align pots so everything cooks evenly. when the broiler is on, the flame can be seen through the top of the stove. Not sure this is normal. Best Buy total tech has been completely unhelpful. Might return this item.

    Love the range yet your pans dont fit centered the cook top is off you need to take off the middle cooking top to center pots or pans

    Major problem with exposed elevtronics

    I bought this range 2 years ago and it is beautiful. I decided that I'm not a fan of the griddle. I'd rather use a pan to cook on as the griddle is quite heavy and more difficult to clean. Items stick too easily as well. The griddle also prevents larger pans from fitting well. The Turbo burner is very hot, but the two burners on the left are as well. The right rear burner is the simmer, but sometimes you need to cook several dishes slowly. You really can't with this range. The major flaw is the vent behind the burners. Liquids can easily spill down the back, and the electronics that control the oven are exposed and can be damaged quite easily. My oven will not work and the electronic board is about 500 plus labor to repair. My repairman states that the boards are only warranted for a few months. My question is, why would you design it so that the electronics can be so easily damaged?

    The range itself is nice and works fine BUT it has a Control Panel that does not light. We bought over $5,000 in LG appliances almost two years ago and I just spent another $!,800+ on another refrigerator for a 2nd home. We NEVER would have bought this range had we known of this problem. It is IMPOSSIBLE to read the panel without shining a flashlight on it. And LG simply tells me the "feature" is not supported by the $2,000+ product we purchased. How incredibly STUPID is it to design a product this way. Shame on us for talking so long to investigate this problem. Had I know this soon we would have returned the range

    WiFi continuously blasting cannot turn off

    The item is just ok in my opinion. Nothing special in terms of quality. Handles are ok but feels cheap. Stove top is not easy to clean in case of spills. Little details make it feel a bit cheap item like for example the bottom drawer that does not slide out well. It seems like an item rich with shiny useless sparkling things, but of low value. The thing that frustrate me the most is the constant blasting of a WiFi signal that cannot be turned off. I reached out the support and the answer was "either you connect it to your WiFi or suck it". Honestly this seems way too much. If I don't want the appliance connected to WiFi why should it be blasting a signal that interfere with my network? Looks to me like a bad thing to do. Anyway, if I only knew, I would have never bought it. Unless you are planning to use the ThinQ features, DO NOT buy this model. I would probably give it 4 stars if it was not for the WiFi...

    Basic Design Flaw

    The basic design of this stove is flawed since you must remove the griddle portion of the stove in order to center any reasonably sized pan on the burners. In addition, the griddle burner does not extend the length of the griddle so you get non uniform heating of the griddle area. Very disappointed.

    I like the oven. Purchased this in Jan of 22 and now the touchpad doesn't work. So if you want the oven higher than 350 I have to unplug or reset the fuse!

    not up to expectations for $1800 stove

    The stove was not installed correctly, it is not level--lower at the rear of the stove than the front. The touchpad doesn't work, as the time and settings don't work. I am not able to lower the temperature of the oven because of this.
