    Very inconsistent cooking times. The words on the oven mode selector knob wore off in less than a year. There is sometimes an overly large flame on the lower setting of the front burners. All in all it works as it should, just not overly impressed. Very disappointed with the knob, looking for a replacement now so that we know which mode we are selecting. I will say the Air Fryer setting was a great addition to our cooking regiment.

    I very much like this oven that i bought to replace my old one of another brand that broke after 12 years. Let me just say first that the only things i don't like about this are the grates and burner disc's are cheap! After one use, the burner material scraped off and the disks got splattered as they normal would in cooking buy they don't clean off and no matter what cleaner/solvent/soap I use not them they stains don't come off and a brand nee stove looks ugly and used and unclean. As for the rest the oven works great, its pretty to look at and the burners are great. But the grates and discs are cheaply made and I had my old stove 12 years and the discs always cleaned up easily. These permanently after one use. Very disappointed.

    Shocked at low quality level

    Looks and sounded amazing especially at the cost of nearly 2k. The burner black top coated piece exploded within the three weeks, exposing the metal rusted surface. All burners (where gas comes out of) are rusted within 21 days. I have had $500 stoves that were more durable than this. Honestly super surprised at the low end quality at the high marked price. Will have to call customer service and see what my options are.

    Seems to be a nice stove. Very disappointed that for $1500 the lower half of the front panel does not light up. Cant tell what you are looking for without a flashlight. Figured for this price you could read the panel. wonder if the next model up is the same. I see the knobs light, but it don't say anything about the panel. Seriously considering changing for another manufacture..

    Love the stove. Still figuring the ins and outs. Never saw a blue interior on the oven before. I had multiple issues with delivery and installation! That's why I ranked it three out of five. I contacted Best Buy several times and they never replied.

    It's a stove... set time from network is flawed

    It's a stove. It does stove things really well, like heating things inside the oven and on the cooktop. They make a point of calling this a "Smart" stove. Yeah, it connects to an app on your phone and connects to the internet but I'll tell you why I docked it two stars. It can't just set the time from a network time source. If you want to set the time "automatically" you HAVE to use their app and you have to PUSH the time from your phone to the stove. Madness. This is the 21st century and the LG programmers would have us believe they are incapable of just updating the time automatically from an internet time source? They know where we live (I registered the device) so they clearly know my time zone and daylight savings time rules. The ONLY reason I want an internet-connected stove is so the time is always right and I shouldn't have to set it twice a year (daylight savings time) using a push from my phone. One more thing... besides the fact that the setting of the clock from the phone is kind of buggy (you have to toggle between 12-hr and 24-hr mode just to force a time push), when you push the time, IT ONLY SENDS THE HOURS AND MINUTES. IT DOESN'T SEND SECONDS. This means, unless you happen to push the time at exactly the start of a minute, it won't actually be sync'd to real time. Now try doing this with your microwave as well. They will never match each other. I'm not expecting atomic clock accuracy but I DO expect it to be within a couple seconds of real time AND for the user experience to be simple. Of course, this can all be fixed with a firmware change, but I have little hope that LG will fix this. If they do, I'll update my rating/review and go back to yelling at the kids on my lawn.

    Gas burners discoloring already less than a couple months. My front right burner isn’t as strong as it was when I first purchased. The stove looks nice but I’m already have issues.

    It is a good range but not the best. the conv bake is absolutely useless. non conventional baking setting is good but you have to keep the the food away from the fan because it can get brown very quickly before the inside if the meal is fully cooked. I prefer the old style oven when they heating element was in the bottom of the oven not on the center of the oven with a fan. The oven is not easy to clean.

    Just made the purchase for a rental/flip property. This is the best value I was able to find. Brand LG has a good reputation. Have not used it yet.

    I’ve had the stove for 4 weeks, already have a repairman coming to fix a burner that doesn’t ignite. Stove also runs a little hot, but it looks very nice.

    The top burners are fantastic but I wonder if is a bad unit because the oven on bake mode is baking unevenly the bread or my fist turkey that I just did this year. The stove is few weeks old and I had big expectations for the amount of money it costs.

    A good oven, but the screen started malfunctioning after 2 years. The igniter went at 3. I ended up getting a new samsung ( repairs were almost as much!) Be sure to get the longer insurance coverage on this one…
