We are currently awaiting a replacement range. I will update this review when the replacement is installed.

Waiting for the item

I have been waiting since the end of November for this to be installed. Best Buy says it won’t be here and installed until the beginning of February. It gets a 3 until I know more and can rate it for real.

It is awful to clean to the point just general oil stains are difficult to wash off. I had to buy a $140.00 stove protector to protect. I also had to cover all the stove top racks with foil because nothing comes of of it. I thought the grills being iron would be alot easier to clean but this thing is a disaster.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

Since the day it was delivered it has never worked and that is over five months now. I bought the extra insurance and the geek squad has been out multiple times and is unable to resolve the issue. Best Buy is unwilling to help me exchange and get a new one… We had to cook Christmas dinner in our toaster oven. I really expected so much more from Best Buy and the geek squad. Extremely disappointed and upset.

Its so hard to clean forget about using any chemicals or cleaning products on the unit. Burners work great oven is amazing with air fryer.
