    Best Buy lost my stove. I think they sold it more than once because it was a floor model.

    It’s a pretty oven, but that’s about it. I bought this in June (2019). By the first week in August I was unable to get the oven to turn on. I had used it ONCE, and now the control panel wasn’t working. Called LG customer service and spent 45 minutes talking to a representative who was unable to help me. Was transferred to another department who offered to send a tech out in a few days. Tech comes out, spends less than 5 minutes looking at it and told me the control panel was dead, he’d have to order parts. It is a brand new oven!! I call LG to get the whole unit replaced (it’s brand new and inoperable) getting the party line advising the part had to be replaced. I call the repair tech who tells me 7-10 days for the part. 10 days later (today) I’m told the part is on back order and no ETA on when it will arrive. Two weeks without an oven and now I’m being told to wait longer! Guess this oven breaks a lot since the part is on back order. I call LG again and ask that they replace the oven; Im told “no”. LG gives me the same party line and MAYBE they can request a rush on the order, but that’ll have to wait until Monday. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this product. Far be it from me to purchase a $1500 dollar range and expect it to work! Shame on me! Inferior product; that’s all I have to say. I’m so disappointed with LG. The range was bought for a kitchen remodel, which has been put on hold. Such a waste. Maybe my bad luck, but honestly, I don’t have $1500 dollars to throw around on appliances that don’t work. I will NEVER purchase another LG product as long as I live. Remember, brand new doesn’t mean functioning. So, so disappointed. I wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else; be informed.

    Google F9 error code LG Range

    Update: After 3 months, LG gas oven no longer heats. F9 Error. google "F9 LG code error". You will see this is an ongoing issue and we now are stuck trying to get this brand-new oven with minimal use repaired. Please note all the LG customer service issue and warnings all over the internet. Search this out yourself. Don't take my word for it. LG scheduled service today for us through SIGNATURE REPAIR INC. No one ever showed up and no one from Sig Repair knows of this work order? LG and Signature repair, are not on the same page and they contract out to the cheapest freelance repairmen in the area. No accountability. You can google the F9 LG repair error and you can find freelance Repairmen in forums asking how to do the repairs and what parts to order to other freelance repairmen giving them feedback. For whatever reason we though LG had their own techs and they do this all the time. These techs do not work for LG. LG will kick the can down the road, no one will repair or help you if your LG unit malfunctions as this F9 code is all over the place. When buying a major appliance, do not read the reviews of someone who writes it the next day, read reviews of those who have had it for 6months 2 years etc. In my case, 3 months old and is broken due to a common F9 manufacture error that you can go online and read more about. I hope this helps you. If you think you will gamble and go with LG and hope nothing happens to your product, WHY? Google LG Customer service. Google F9 LG oven error. It's all there for you to do your homework on. According to SIGNATURE REPAIR INC this happens all the time and depending on parts this may take months to repair waiting for LG to approve the repair and work order. This is not how fast can we help the new customer. This is how many corners can LG cut to not have to fix this under warranty item. Very Frusterating and very dissapointed.

    Buy another brand; Temp control and quality poor

    Look for a different unit. This oven has poor insulation, leaking a lot of heat into the room and needing regular burner on action to reheat. At the time I got this stove, I had a simple thermocouple an monitored the temperature swings within the oven. The temperature swings about 35 degrees above and below the setpoint. I'm being generous suggesting that it is symmetrically centered about the setpoint. I complained and LG sent a technician to have a look at it. He said that was normal and I have to allow more time to for the oven to heat up. Nope, this is after it heats up. Now, not quite 6 years after purchase, the blower inside the oven that circulates the heat and pushes the hot gas combustion gases into the oven has stopped working. The little "at temperature" notification tune it plays seems to have a problem with one note, not quite able to play it. The stovetop works fine, but I would have preferred to have more temperature range from the burners. Not much in the way of "simmer" settings.

    The stove was delivered without the gas orifices necessary for hook up. Apparently LG doesn't check gas stoves for these before shipping from the factory. Best Buy gave us a nominal credit (Less than 3%) for the inconvenience. So the new gas stove sits in the living room waiting for parts which should have been but were Not included until the missing parts arrive. Since we can view the stove 360 it is obvious the materials and workmanship are not what we would expect for the price and reputation.

    This range SUCKS!

    This range has a major design flaw. The flame on the front burners periodically goes out when it is set at 4 or below, when you open the oven door. The problem is the lit gas is still flowing, so it shoots up under the black metal top pf the burner and starts to stink like burnt tar. The first time it happened I thought my house was on fire. It took quite sometime to figure out what had happened. I have contacted LG, and they have sent people out to give me a new burner top. IT KEEPS HAPPENING!!! Not all the time, that I check the burner every time I open the oven, but enough that It truly sucks, and my house stinks from the smell. DO NOT BUY this model. I wish that LG would fix this problem, someone could really get hurt.

    Total JUNK!

    The oven knob broke off a few years back. The oven won't turn on on the first try, we have to turn it off and on again and now it doesn't work at all. We have to use pliers to turn it on and off. We will never buy LG again!

    Run, and save your money!

    Horrible horrible range! Don’t waste your time or money. In a matter of a year and half I’ve had two error codes that have cost me to pay over $ 600 in parts and repairs! LG is trash, bought their a dishwasher and fridge (so they can match) for my new kitchen and I’ve had to repair all over them in a year and half! Never buying LG again

    Purchased this stove 2 years ago and has never worked right. Fan won’t come on which has melted the back plate.
