The dual oven set up works. Was very sceptical at first but it really makes sense! Has a Whirlpool before this and it was ok but the oven was not the best. These cook fast, evenly, at the correct temperature! Two thumbs up!!!

Missing My Griddle and No Communication From...

The oven is great itself, but the lack of communication is not good. Per person instructions manual and website, the model I purchased was to include a griddle, but no griddle.

I purchased the stove, microwave , refrigerator and dishwasher and have had problems with every single one of these items. it all has something to do with their display or control panel. they start to have issues after one year, then they continue. i am work never buy any thing that is labeled LG

Who know what else should have come with it. The item is fine the service from Best Buy was lacking

Now the bottom oven fan went out and isn't usable. On top of all that the CLOWNS at Best Buy messed up on our purchase and didn't include the oven on the Geek Squad Plan now we have to hope our home warrenty will cover repairs.
