Convection has been tricky as neither my wife or myself have ever used it before, but the food turns out cooked perfectly when we get it eight.

However, sales person incorrectly set my third range to be dropped at the doorstep. Fortunately, the delivery person installed the range. I've used it a few times to cook. So far so good.

We tested the pro convection by making ribs on the regular top and bottom. It is not a gimmick. The ribs that was cooked on the pro convection was more thoroughly cooked and cooked way quicker than the ribs cooked on the regular stove

Good unit but Stainless Steel is not good

For that reason alone I returned it.
I would recommend this to a frienddouble oven is the most desirable of this model.

Delay-bake lets to cook at a predetermined time, and the warming zone keeps side dishes hot until the main course is ready. Now my kitchen looks elegant. I love this stove.

Didn't give five stars because it didn't come with a griddle and they wanted $200+ for the same stove with the griddle. The delivery was good but the first stove was damaged.
