Was considering a 55, 58, 60, & 65 inch TV for the house. We already have (2) 48" Samsung for other rooms. Wanted a larger TV for the game/entertainment room. Found this on sale for a great price! Couldn't say no. Settled for this 60" and it looks perfect! Highly recommend this as a TV. Had previous issues with samsung TV's dying. A++++++++

I picked this tv up after reading several glowing reviews. After picking up and setting up in my home, I was not at all impressed. I will say the OS was really nice and easy to navigate. I found the color quality to be somewhat muted and dull. Blacks weren't fantastic. Also, I don't know if it was just the tv I purchased but I noticed some pretty bad vertical banding issues that drove me crazy. I also found at least 7 dead pixels. The HDR feature was also lacking. Everything looked super muddied. The banding and dead pixels drove me insane so I ended out returning this set and going with a Sony, which I am much happier with. It was about double the price of this one, but you can definitely tell the difference in quality. If you are looking for an entry level 4K tv, I supposed this would be a decent tv, if things like banding and dead pixels don't bother you.

Our Panasonic Plasma of 5 years just stopped working on us and we went right to our local store looking for a great deal on a great TV and found one in this model. From the people in the TV department all the way to putting this unit together, everything went smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better TV to upgrade to. The picture quality is amazing, the easy way it set up and logged into our WiFi, and the ability to access many different viewing features make this particular TV a must have.

On the first set the picture went out on day six. We waited a week for the replacement LG on which we never got a picture even after spending over an hour on the phone with the LG rep. The Geek squad despite us purchasing a protection plan would not help us on the phone and said we needed an appointment. We decided two lemons were enough and packed the LG up and returned it to the store. There an assistant manager went over the unit with a fine tooth comb while everyone in line watched. Then, he curtly stated "the screws to the stands are missing." We never used the stand. I wouldn't mind him asking about them but there is a professional way to inquire. We had to make two round trips of 45 minutes each way to the store; waited in lines at the store, spent hours on the phone with techs and csr's and this manager barks about screws instead of showing any concern at all for our inconvenience. Additionally, what was really irritating is that the team delivering the replacement tv just put the original LG in the back of their van without packing or boxing while I took time to package the 2nd unit carefully.

Started out great. Picture quality was pretty good for the class. Lasted about 3 years before a few lines of pixels went out. The a few more a week later. Then a few more after that. Dont buy this tv unless you buy the warranty.

I love this TV! The picture is great as well as the sound. Got it on sale at a great price!

I like the price and picture quality alot, but It does not actually differ from my old HD tv

I purchased a version of this tv a couple of years ago. Obviously not the 4K ultra HD (since it didn't exist). I walked into the Best Buy in Millbury, MA today with the intention of buying a second tv, with a budget of about $1,000. However I also walked in with a problem from the LG that I currently own and received such poor service I decided not to purchase a single thing. So here was my problem: Most people these days (including myself) hand tvs on the wall. Which is how my tv was since I bought it. Today I decided to put it on a stand. So I unwrapped the never opened stand and attampted to attach it to my tv- however this stand was way too small and was not MY fault. They told me there was nothing they could do and no one I could talk to. So now my television doesn't have a stand because something that wasn't my fault can't be fixed. They also don't sell stands- which is ridiculous! Very disappointed!

This tv is very clear. I absolutely love it. It's great having all the apps to quickly access streaming video and music.

I like the price and picture quality alot, but the refresh rate is terrible. When ever something or someone is moving their are sound waves or echos coming off the object or person. Very disappointed in this. Other than that everything is great.

Not a big reviewer but wanted to share my experience... good tv, just not one that would fully unlock the power of the PS4PRO. Given that 4k gaming is something that folks are buying for this holiday wanted to let you know that although this TV has HDR and 4k it is not fully compatible with the PS4pro. The HDMI "handshake" that the TV and PS4Pro communciate with is in an inferior HCDP 1.4 mode which limits HDR on the TV. NO KNOWN workaround at this time... so if 4k gaming is what you want... skip this tv. Mine is going back for a model that can fully support.
