Great TV for a low price

The picture and sound quality are great, the smart feature is cool too because it eliminates the need for a third party device like a rouku (unless you watch GoT, for LG does not have an HBO feature). 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade without breaking the bank!!

Beautiful TV but the open box was missing a screw

So without it, it wouldn't stand. We could've bought another stand but I shouldn't have to spend more money to watch a TV that should be ready to go. We went back to Best Buy and they couldn't provide another screw and instructed us to call LG. We called LG and they told us to go to Best Buy. We went back and forth until LG finally sent us a replacement screw.
