I bought this TV just over two years ago. The picture quality was great, then it wasn’t. One morning I powered it on to find that parts of the screen were backlit with a blue haze. The blue tint was causing the bottom and right side of the screen to appear very dark. Within days the blue tint had spread across the entire screen. I consulted an authorized LG repair center, and was told that the TV would have to be disassembled and the LED backlights would need replacing. The gentleman I spoke to said that it really isn’t worth fixing, and I’d be better off buying a new TV. He also indicated that this is a common problem with LG’s, as they use Vestel brand LED lights, which are very cheaply made. Sadly, I thought LG was a reputable company. I never expected to spend over $700 for a TV and have it last only two years. My last flat screen purchase was a 47” Sony, 9 years prior to buying this LG. That Sony is still operating, without issue, in the upstairs bedroom. I guess I’ll cut my loses with this LG and purchase a Sony.

We purchased this to replace a lobby TV that runs our company's YouTube videos. Works for what we needed. I'm limited in my experience with other functions of this unit.

Only thing that happened to me was my TV stand was not wide enough for the TV. They did not tell me to measure my stand and this TVs legs were about an inch further apart than my stand. So I had to compromise and get another shelf cut.

I picked up this TV on sale $599.00. A lot of features and I feel it has everything that you would need. Well, maybe a sound bar because as many TV's in these days the sound it not always that good. But overall I like the TV.

I was comparing higher end TV's and it all boiled down to Samsung vs lg. Since this lg was 4k and on sale for 699. My descision was easier. Couldn't be happier. what a great tv

My first LG TV and so far very happy with it. Picture clarity is great and we are on "antenna" TV not cable. Netflix and HULu are great on the large screen. Nice price also.

We enjoyed this TV for about 3 weeks when the WIFI board went out, preventing any streaming content. BestBuy stood behind their product and replaced the TV. I was very happy that they did, so I upgraded to a 65" model.

Bought a 60 inch LG 4K television. Salesman was very helpful in setting up Geek Squad to deliver and install the television. I was very happy with their installation.

Bought my parents first flat tv was an lg over a year ago was a 60 uhd And now finely got my own lg uhd tv I also like the plus channels for free with lg.

We did alot of research and decided LG was the perfect tv for us. This has been a great purchase for 2 yrs.now with no issues

We bought this tv because our 11 year old had lost it’s 1080 p in the long run it was cheaper to buy this tv, this tv does not get as hot as our old one.

I wasn’t sure of the size of my tv but with the great staff I finally was able to compare models n size and I’m very happy with my final choice

Didn't regret the purchase at all. Bought it to play PS4 Pro on a 4K TV. The smart TV features is a big bonus. Am glad I did. I highly recommend.

Has everything I wanted being a smart tv. Works amazing, screen is beautiful to watch. Now only if everything was available to watch in clear 4K!

Huge difference upgrading from 1080p to 4k Smart. 30 minutes tops from box to wall. Easy set up even for none modern technology guys like myself.

Bought this as a gift to replace father in laws 47in plasma sdtv. He likes it so much his wife says she can't get him out of the basement now.
