Great picture and sound, easy set up. Parents love it.

Replacing a same size plasma tv, I just hoped the picture quality would be as good. I am amazed, this 4K LED screen supplies a rich, vibrant picture that surpasses the plasma display. The depth is amazing. We're very satisfied. The sound is good too, though we are using the same LG soundbar with the optical connection.

I have generally been someone who sticks to certain brands, and LG was not one of them. After discussing various options in tvs, this seemed to fit for us and our budget. When searching, there were not many options for 60 inch TVs and i feel we absolutely made the right call. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

Picture quality took some working but looks pretty good. Can’t comment on the sound, for I use it with a sound bar. I did have a line that showed up going straight down the screen. Called customer service and they put in a ticket and said it would be covered under warranty. 2 days later line disappeared. That was a couple months ago. I have had for almost 1 year.

My kids use this for the XBOX and love it. We looked at more expensive TVs with the higher end processors, newer technology, etc but that clearly wasn't necessary. No issues, and easy to set up. So much lighter than the Plasma TV it replaced. For the price, it was a no brainer. Very happy with my purchase.

Had a LG 1080p and an old insignia 720p Upgraded the 720 to this 4k. Wonderful difference. Love the features and free channels from LG.

Love the tv. It’s beautiful and has a wonderful picture. Some of our tv apps don’t stay connected to the internet though. That didn’t happen with the previous tv with same location/internet. It eventually works but I’m constantly checking the wireless connection. Not sure if it’s the TV.

I have owned this LG 60" smart TV for over a month and I love it! It has a fantastic picture and all of the features you would expect in a more expensive TV. It was very easy to set up and Best Buy made it painless to purchase using their curbside pickup. I highly recommend this TV.

Not the same panel as the $800+ Models obviously but for 400$ this television is everything and more than what you would expect. Last one I had was a hisense 55” and I loved it, this LG did a great job taking its place in my home. Remote kinda sucks but who cares the tv is great

if you lose the remote you are screwed because there are not buttons on the tv itself

This smart TV has a very good resolution and sound, despite some reviews that says the opposite I find this TV a good purchase, it also comes with the LG TV live channels. The only con would be that it doesn't have HBO GO and ESPN plus but besides that I looooove this TV.

It was even better once out the box and on my wall. The sound quality is wonderful, (better then what I has). The picture/screen is great. I must admit I don't know how to work the television, but once I read the book I'm sure I will enjoy it even better

This tv was purchased for my brother, a stroke survivor. It's easy to navigate and a good size. I did request geek squad set up for his Alexa, Fire, etc but they did not do that so I now have to set up a separate appointment. Other than that all is well.
