It is too early to tell if this model comes up to the standard of its predecessor which we loved and would still be using save for a lightning strike. Only disappointment was that this model did not have the Magic remote.

Even with the obstacle of curbside service because of the Coronavirus restrictions, John (Coeur D’Alene store) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and able to find the TV I wanted for the best price. Great experience!

I expected better quality.. Picture quality is decent but shows seem to lag. Probably not the best tv to watch sports. Wanted to return but didn’t realize I only had 2 weeks and I didn’t take it out the box to have it set up in time.

The TV arrived, I mounted it, turned it on, completed the initial setup and my family loved how vibrant the image color was. The sound like all flat screen TV's is marginal.

this tv was the worst I've bought for setup, i've never had any problem before. i'm still having trouble with it can't sound to matchup with image. picture quality is good not as clean as i'd like to see it. LG support is terrible !!

I have always enjoyed LG TV's, this is my first actually smart tv and I must say its pretty kool, it's easy to scroll through and has great picture definition. Overall its a great tv experience.

Looks great and sounds great too! Can't beat this TV for the price...three HDMI ports, a couple USB ports (works with external hard-drive) and comes with lots of internet TV channels for FREE!

We have owned this TV for a while now and my mom absolutely loves it, it works great and she loves being able to do Netflix and YouTube on a big screen instead of her phone.

I was hesitant to buy the tv but it looks very nice and the graphics are very nice as well. I am very satisfied with my purchase. My children enjoys playing this games and watching TV.

Great tv. Only issue we’ve had is it hasn’t held connection with our WiFi network. Hooked it up with an Ethernet connection and haven’t had any problems since. Issue was probably our network.

Bought this tv 2years ago and still performs great with my gaming. Colors on this LG is amongst the best in this category.

LG TVs need help. ASAP. The picture itself is on par with competition. The smart TV interface is clunky. However, what really chaps the rear is the WiFi card in LG TVs. This thing has not worked well since Day 1 and connection/signal comes and goes all the time. It is a poor product: read any review on any site ever. Sadly, LG knows it is a poor product and does not to address it. Save your money. Do not buy an LG TV.

Both video and Audio have surpassed our expectations, especially for the price of this TV. The smart tv menu is also great. We’ve had it for 8 months and no problems whatsoever.

Original tv couldn’t be fixed, with the extended warranty, it was exchanged for new one. Service was great and new one working fine! Fast service, experienced technician, wonderful.

Paid about 400 for this 60 inch. Great picture clarity, especially the movies in ultra HD and HDR. LG has been a good brand, this is my second one. 1st one is now a bedroom TV.

Don't like the way the menus are locked out. Can't add the apps that I wanted to add for example Pluto TV. The TV setup and install was easy. Picture is quality good and menus are ok

I haven't had a TV for a very long time, so it was easy to be amazed by the technology, however, keep in mind that this is not a high end TV. Picture is not crystal clear and it has some distortion, but for the price it was terrific.

I like the picture. However, after 2 weeks, I am constantly having to unplug the tv and putting it in a different outlet on the surge protector. It’s annoying and becoming inconvenient.

I am quite happy overall with the tv. It is just slightly annoying no to be able to download applications like HBO max and others. I have a smart TV and I still need another device to watch what I want.

Had to work around the mounting holes for the wall mount but luckily it worked out . Wifi works good and the streaming with air play is awesome
