    the auto update was corrupt and now tv stays on blank screen. Check out all the reviews on line. Tv is now discontinued and even though manufactured warranty you hv to go through so many hoops during a pandemic its not worthwhile. Im so disappointed.

    this tv got problems on the screen and when i try to change on best buy they dont help me with the problem because i went to the store 4 days later on the 15 days warranty.I try with lg and also they don't help me to

    Biggest issue is bands on screen. Tried troubleshooting issue as directed, but problem was not resolved. Reached out to LG who provided no additional solutions.

    This TV is the worst I have ever had. My very first TV was an LG and I love it so much I still have it running in our spare room, I then started using Samsung TVs and I love them even more. I saw this TV as an opened box item with a very good low price and bought it. The only things missing were the stand and the remote. I was going to wall mount it anyway so bought it. The user interface is Very Slow and not intuitive at all. The whole experience is really bad. I gave it to my sister so my nieces can have some use of it. No, I do not recommend this TV!

    I had trouble with the HDMI signal dropping out .I went back to BB and they recommend a new HDMI It work for one day and I had a hard time with the set up.I returned it and picked out a different tv.

    Needed a TV that fit the built in hutch on my house. It fit perfect, but the color in a dark room was too dark. It wasn't good for watching movies and just for that reason I had to return it.

    I had to return this tv because it had pretty bad vertical banding which makes grey picture show vertical black lines across the screen. LG support team couldn’t help me with this.

    It was a great tv. I haven’t even had It for a year and It has a blue vertical line running down the middle of the screen. I tried to call but the hours have changed.

    The picture is fine. Not fantastic but fine. The sound is fine. However, the UI on this is so bad I would encourage anyone to pay twice as much if it ensured they didn’t have to deal with this buggy, unresponsive, unintuitive interface. It also develops issues seemingly at random with connecting to a WiFi connection. This was a gift that I genuinely feel like I have to apologize for whenever I interact with it.
