5 months in and switches itself off!

Even factory resetting does NOT work. Don’t WSte you have earned cash on this item!

Stopped working after 5 days

But after about five days, I could turn it on but not select a show, change channels etc. I could not exchange it for the same model because it was no longer available in my area.

Impressive sound and ok picture but has issues

Disconnects itself several times a day and sometimes you must unplug and plug it back in to get it find the internet again. Probably will take it back and exchange it.

Frustrating

I then have to reboot it by unplugging the TV and pressing the power button for ten seconds before plugging the tv. I am extremely frustrated. My laptop, phone, tablet, and other tv are able to reconnect to WiFi without having to reboot every single day.

So far not impressed

So far LG’s customer service has been great, they came to replace the motherboard but we’ll see how things go

Bad batch?

But tried two of them in hopes it was a fluke. The picture blinks black randomly. Sometimes if you turn it off and back on it won’t do it. Very frustrating.

Was good for a month

While streaming it will freeze and continue with jumbled sound. Quite often when I change inputs or TV mode the screen will turn black and a message will pop up that says the system is processing. You have to unplug the system to turn off.

Stopped working after a month of usage

The TV turns on, shows a logo, then goes black. I have done just about every remedy the internet has to offer. The next step is to get a repairman which so far is quoted to be more than what I purchased the TV for.

What Happened LG?

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one if you’re planning on connecting any external devices or using the smart apps that require Internet. Do plan on unplugging, then plugging your tv back in at least once a week to reset it. It’s a load of fun!
