    I have had problems with this brand from the day I purchased it. I trade this in because I was having issues received same one and nothing but problems. The TV won't turn off, keeps freezing up. Etc.

    Just google this tv and it will tell your everything. I returned this tv the very next day I bought it, i had to factory reset every.single.time. It went from off to on. I exchanged for a Samsung and it’s flawless. DONT buy this tv.

    It broke at 14 mos old now off warranty Has a grey black cloudy pattern over the tv picture LG couldn’t help over the phone and they didn’t have any repair place to bring it to

    Super excited to get this out of the box just to find out that the top left of the screen had a crack. No improper handling was done. Go figure when I decide to try another brand that is not Samsung...

    Worst tv ever. Family member say it is a great tv that’s why I bought. I hate the way the tv plays back, it ha some kind of tru motion. Makes everything look like it skipping. Horrible but.

    Problems with LG 60in and sound bar immediately and no help from Best Buy. TV had a green line down middle and LG customer service sucks. Never again will I make this mistake. Do not buy an LG !!

    Second defective item I got from Best Buy TV disconnects from internet every two days then I have to reset the TV settings reconnect to WiFi then re download and sign into everything

    Beautiful picture quality and for the price it’s tough to beat. Easy to set up, maybe took 5 minutes. Connects to WiFi easy and so far I’m in love with this purchase!!

    I upgraded from an older model 50" LG to this model and couldn't be happier. The picture is clear with great color and sound. The setup couldn't be easier. The only negative is that I wish I had gotten an bigger screen, but the price is great for this size.

    Awesome!!! Picture is always awesome!!! Upgraded for my 2 week quarantine during COVID in 2020. Never had a problem. Did add a Bose 900 Soundbar.

    Going to 4K was an amazing experience. This television was affordable and the warranty was great and the picture is amazing.
