    Best Buy was great, sales person was great. Price was great. No issue with BestBuy LG on the other hand, after 2 days to trying to reach support.... 1. Remote is trash, seriously it's way over complicated. 2. No ability to connect Bluetooth headphones. I mean come on, my "dumb" Tv could do this. 3. LG channels are an ad-filled spam bot machine. 4. Not good at fast-moving object..it blurs Look not the most expensive TV out there, but a few simple things it should do better. I would not buy this TV and will probably take it back to BB due to these issues and pick up the Samsung.

    We purchased this 60" LG TV in December 2019. This review is written 5 years later in August 2024. The TV has been great. Easy set up and has lasted well and performed nicely. We have noticed the color is not as intense as it used to be. But after 5 years this may be expected.

    Love this T.V.!! It runs prime, netflix, hulu etc. apps. Comes with LG channels...if you've got internet, you've got LG's free channels!

    One of my major needs for a tv is that it has to work with my Beats wireless headphones. I'm just in all that in addition to not having bluetooth feature which I'm aware. Is that there is no audio jack at all to use my transmitter for my headphones! That is just crazy!! Its a 2019 TV and a more expensive TV than 3 of the other 6 I own and all my other TVs have audio Jack's to use a transmitter for wireless headphones. I'm going to have to return this as its worthless to me and using headphones is crucial for my viewing at times. I just never imagined any tv of recent years or newer would not have an audio headphone connection.

    TV was great for two years and then in the past year it has gotten bluer and bluer. Changing settings doesn't fix it either.

    Tv works well, but after only two years we began to notice a blue tint that has only gotten worse and has now gotten so bad that we’re noticing overall picture quality problems. We will be replacing it soon.

    3 years later and i'm experiencing the "blue tint". T.V works fine, just a blue tint to picture. Upon research, it says the led's are going out.... You would think LG would last longer. Samsung next time.

    I liked the tv at first, was very happy. About 3 years in to my purchase I have an annoyingly blue tint on the screen. I have tried all the trouble shooting and adjusting and cannot be fixed with out spending a fortune. This tv is disposable at best 3 years.

    Don't buy unless you plan to use a wall mount

    Bought after Christmas 2019. I'm sure the TV is great, and if you use a wall mount, you will enjoy. But if you're like me and want to use the stand that comes with it, then do not buy. They were very loose even in the locked position. Wobbly. As soon as we stood it up, the lock part of the legs broke, rendering them useless. It would be nice if they came with legs that screwed in but no these legs don't.

    Got this TV and all working ECXEPT Airplay and Apple HomeKit are missing even though the labels on the box say it’s included. You need software upgrade which isn’t available yet UNLESS you have a PC USB stick - if you have MAC formatted USB it wont work. LG customer service was appalling. As a owner of several LG products this is the last time i will be buying LG products.
