Good picture & price. Had it in stock. Was on sale.

This TV met my expectations and more will buy again.

I was shopping during the packed pre-Xmas sale. I had researched availability and had made a decision. The biggest part was cornering an associate who could write up my purchase and scheduling the free delivery and set-up. I had to wait almost a month for delivery. It was worth the wait.

Great quality tv works great picture is wonderful .

One of the few 60” TVs that are out there and provides a good amount of bang for the buck. Wish it had another HDMI but three should be sufficient. Also wish it had older hook ups on the back for older gaming equipment. Overall a great tv at a great value when you can find it on sale

Did not like the tv. Tried it out as it was recommended but I’ve always been a Samsung guy and just returned it and got a Samsung. Good tv but just used to Samsung tv

I baught 2 of this size and brand for my children for an upgrade. I haven't heard any complaints from neither they play the playstation alot I guess they're loving it. They also said they liked the magic wand feature. You will need a sound bar the tv sound isn't good.

The picture is fine, I don't have cable, but I can not get the remote to work for me, I was told my ruku was controling the TV .bestbuy at time of purchase told me for the geek squad to set up the TV it would cost 250.00. I hate to return items and it could be I just can't figure out the TV.

Assumed we would get help setting this up. Have yet to take it out of box and set it up. Delivery was fine but the minute they dropped it off they booked it. If ya buy something so huge make sure if they have options for a setup you make certain this actually part of the options.

Clarity is good. Initial boot of application seems slower and gets better the with subsequent loads. TV has a problem staying on network, if both wifi bands (2.4 ghz and 5 ghz) have same name. Please make sure to have different names for both bands.

Decent TV but still has some darker/black areas, does not look as good as some of the higher end tvs with 120hz.

Corey Lilly was very helpful and patient with us in making our purchase. It was delivered and set up on time. We had issues getting our cable connected and Geek Squad came back an identified our problem and helped us getting it corrected.

Picture quality is ok, not as nice as the newer TVs. I like the remote operation. It will work well for my grandkids. It was an out of box item, so dud not get to see quality of picture before purchasing

Excellent experience ordered on line and was waiting for me when I arrived. Had curbside delivery that went as smooth as silk. Great TV , great service, could not have been any better. Thanks to all

I switched from Samsung to LG because of the outstanding picture quality in the store--the LG picture quality is not as good as the Samsung it replaced here in the apartment

I absolutely love this TV !! The deepness of the black is very dark !! Decent motion quality. Over all I love it !! This was a better choice because of the ThinQ technology.

Great Screen for the price and Love the Updated software LG uses for smart TV. I have a few LG and Samsung that are a little older and the software is different.

Only complain is that a week after I bought the TV Best Buy reduced the price by $100. I had to spend a lot of time on the telephone and talk to the manager to get reimbursed.
