Not as clear, picture glitches

Picture not as clear as when in store and have to have on special setting to get clarity but colors then overly dramatic.

Bad gray uniformity/dirty screen effect.

This made watching sports or anything where the picture pans side to side almost unwatchable because of the distracting streaks up and down the screen. Upon looking closer, it didn't even seem like the screen itself was 100% flat - the reflections had major distortions in these same spots of vertical banding. Had a hard time finding picture settings that performed as well as a 5 year old Philips, too. Trying to return this and deciding to upgrade to an OLED instead.

Worst Operating system ever.

It comes down to the operating system. WebOs is the worst I have experienced. Compared to Roku OS, WebOS is slow buggy and annoying. It's so full of ads that it takes forever to load. Going back to the last thing you were seeing, stopping, then going to home, then going to another platform. The app for the phone is buggy

Posted .Did you know that you have the ability to customize your WebOS Home Screen settings? Go to Settings > All Settings > General > Additional Settings > Home Settings > And you can turn off the Home Screen Auto Launch, Home Promotion, Home Animation so that you will have direct access to your Roku device. See if this helps resolve the issue. ^Jennifer

I have called Dish as well as Netflix and no improvement. My next step is to get your techs out to fix it. My five year old set I bought from you had a better picture than this one. Very disappointed.
