    Bought the tv on open box, came with out a remote. Put it away because we live in Arizona. When we returned because it’s was for a second home ordered remote and plugged in and the tv does work. All it has is colored spyder webs across the screen. I took it into Best Buy and was told it’s to big to check out and it was the last day of the manufacturer’s warranty. Call LG and they said to send pictures. Reached out to them 2 times and no response from anyone. Waste of money and obviously not happy.

    I had trouble 11 day's after they installed the tv. I could not get the tv to come on for about 4 hrs. I called best buy about the problem, they said they would replace it. I have tried numerous time's get something done. they have done nothing but give me the run around. they installed tv on july 6, 2021 this is july 31, 2021 and I have not seem best buy.

    Product is great. Installers were a real pain. Did not hide wires and were only interested in the tv changer for the TV they took away

    TV went bad within a year. It will start and then after a minute sit and spin as if trying to download. my average internet speeds are over 170 mbps. It has some kind of memory module issue.... It took a long time to ever get to speak with someone at LG. They verified the TV was bad, but would not return it (although properly registered at time of purchase) without an original receipt! It has been a great hassel top deal twith them. Samsung was much nicer & easier.

    This was an open box item and the picture quality was very poor I TOO had to return it and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a 60" TV, I have a special cut out that perfectly fits a 60" and I have to settle for a 55"

    Tv will not connect to Wi-Fi. Called geek squad for help- no response Called the LG tv help line, they couldn’t help- said it’s a glitch and should get a replacement.?

    The tv lost the internet connection and even with a factory reset will not connect again. Waiting on a replacement tv at the end of the month.

    I love my other LG products (fridge and washer/dryer), however, this tv was a disappointment. Poor picture quality and it randomly shut itself off. Customer service no help. Replaced with a Sony Oled which is perfect!

    worst tv lg uhd tv 60 up80. pic not cleared , colours not good . skin colour is reddish or yellow , not prefect colours, this tv is work like as a assembled tv. very very poor pic quality .i will return it today.

    I bought this tv brand new with the 2-year warranty. 3 months after the warranty the power supply board failed.

    I aleady had to replace , a coupme weeks new red spots started appearing, they vo.e and go getting worse. Ive replaced the HDMI, the amazon cube. No change.

    Very bad I order the TV on Black Friday and never receipt it says then very disappointed and they keep reschedule the delivery for no reason

    Smart TV with best UHD picture

    This TV has beautiful High definition quality picture. We feel we do need to add speakers to make it a better stereo quality sound. This was our first smart TV and also first one to hang on the wall. It was easy to Hang on the wall with DIY mount. It was easy enough to sign into our tv packages of Netflix, Prime, and HBOMax. LG has its own channels and some other cable channels like CNN. Still need to figure out if we need to continue to use DVR with UVerse service. In summary, would recommend this TV for its high quality picture and smart TV cababilities.
