The output is not as strong as last year. It cooled the room on 76 degrees. Now I have to put it on 74 degrees. Considering how much it cost, it should still be working at top efficiency.

Does not drain fast enough to keep up. This thing cannot handle the 100 degrees days of summer heat. Really disappointed.

It was put in when it was cool outside, and seemed OK. Fast forward to June, and this thing doesn't cool anything! It wouldn't cool a closet! I'm beyond disgusted that I paid any money for this garbage. I'm outside of the return window. I just ripped up near $300. I'll never trust LG or Best Buy again. (Also, why on earth would the fan be on top of the unit, and not in front... It makes no sense)

Doesn’t cool well at all.

Wish I could swap it for something else. My previous window unit that was much smaller worked better than whatever this thing is doing.

wont cool my tiny room

I measured my room to make sure it was 250 sq feet to make sure it was the right AC. The air blows out at 60 degrees but the room never cools. It is a very small narrow room. This AC is very weak, the highest setting doesn't blow out air with enough power. I ran it for hours and the room never got cool. I bought it in april and now best buy won't give me a refund or exchange. Threw away money.
