    Was on the hunt for a new air conditioner. I had rewards that needed to be used back in January 2019 so I thought this would be a great buy. The price and the reviews were really good. So we finally took it out of the box in the middle of June. 2019. First of all this new ac doesn't even fit properly. When we purchased our old ac in 2005 from Best Buy it fit in our window perfectly. However, this one does not. The worst thing about this ac however, is the noise. It is so noisy. It's driving me crazy but I have no choice but to live with it for another few years.

    Item was damaged, huge dent on the side. Very disappointed, box was in good condition so I can assume box was replaced.

    From the moment i unboxed this AC, it began to make a weird noise as if something was stuck inside on the fan. Unfortunately, given my busy schedule, i was not able to exchange it on time, but it now has been 2 months and the AC still doesnt work properly, and i do not think it cools at its full potential. It is still making this weird noise and it is very tedious.

    Overpriced Garbage

    This AC can go about 10 minutes giving cold air and making a racket while doing so. Then it goes into this mode where it gives off somewhat cold air for about 5 minutes. Then it goes back to cold air for about 10 minutes. Then back to somewhat cold air for another five repeat ad naseum. My 10+ year old ac was better than this. So mad I got rid of it for this. That's on me.

    I refused shipment of this item. HOA won't allow window A/C. Best Buy hasn't given my refund after a month and 3 times contacting them! Not good business.

    This a/c is not what i expect i have been using it for about a week or so. Doesn't blow cold air as you expect. The energy saver button looks like it Doesn't work. So, between today Saturday and Sunday will be returned for a different a/c brand

    Very disappointed in this product. Blows semi cold air and barely blows at all. It will take about 3 hours to chill the room. Sometimes I feel like it doesn’t chill the room at all. I would sleep with the AC on and wake up sweating. Mind you that my room is very small!

    This has got to be the loudest window ac I have ever purchased. Unfortunately, I did not take it out of the box until after the return date, my mistake, and was not able to return the unit. I would not recommend this unit, it has a VERY loud buzzin noise and is overall a very loud unit.

    Due to Best Buys 15 day return policy I am stuck with this item!!! It blows up not out the front so does not cool room as well as others I have had! BEST BUY RETURN POLICY IS A RIP OFF TOO!

    Not Worth the money, it is loud, after 4 months the AC stopped working only stays on Fan mode and Best Buys "hands are tied" the filter reset button won't un-click after filter was already cleaned.

    Dead in five weeks
