I bought this TV in 2016. It seemed to work fine until August 2018 when the picture started flickering intermittently. I assumed it was a software issue, so I did a system update then turned off the TV. Days later I turned on the TV and it was fine. About 3 months later the video flickered again. I did a system update again and restarted the TV. This time the picture would fade in and out slowly. The picture would be on but dark for about 3 seconds, then fade out for about 40 seconds. I called Geek Squad who did a Diagnostics test on the TV and found it to be a Main Board malfunction. They called tech support and they were told that the mainboard was built in 2015, and discontinued in October 2016. I bought this TV in February 2016! Geek Squad recommended that I purchase another TV because if I bought a refurbished part for this TV, it’ll just happen again and it’ll just be a waste of $300-$400. I’m not a rich woman! I bought that TV as a treat to myself with my tax refund, and I thought the price was a good deal for an LG TV. I contacted LG via Twitter and they were just rude! They told me to contact Best Buy which I did, but they told me to contact LG! This particular model is defective and a waste of money.

It's a nice TV just wished it came with mirroring.

Pretty good for the money, but nothing spectacular

Having a tv with ROKU built in only makes sense. Every other smart TV I have used is really slow and clunky. Not the Roku. Fast and easy to use, just like their set-top boxes.

This TV depends 100% on Roku for streamng content. If Roku us down (as it was when I tried to set my TV up), you are stuck. No way to get external content if Roku goes down, or goes out of business, rendering the TV a giant monitor or paperweight.

I was looking for a Samsung but Best Buy didn't have any more in Stock. The sales guy showed me the LG and I loved the picture. The resolution is beautiful and so clear.

The LG 65 inch Flat Screen TV was an Excellent buy. I would highly recommend this purchase to anyone looking for a high quality TV for lower price range.

We can't believe the picture quality, it's awesome. Great viewing from any angle and the size makes movie watching feel like you're at the theatre. Love it!

Not a fan of the Roku combined, would rather have a normal spart TV. Overall the TV, picture and quality for the price is unbeatable.

The tv had a nice picture and worked good for the first day. After that, the colors went crazy and tech support had me return it.

Not sure if it's just me or that the TV is too big for the room. Picture doesn't seem crisp. Also would have preferred to be able to surf the web

This tv has been great so far! You do not have to have a ROKU account unless you want one.
