I got lucky because the tv was a return. I spent a lot of time inspecting the tv. It was missing the magic remote. The sales guy sold me a Logitech universal remote, but once I got home and programmed it, I realized it didn't have all the functionality of the magic remote. I was able to use an app on my iPhone to gain some of the options but was able to order a magic remote via Amazon. It could be brighter for HDR content. I upgraded by netflix so I could watch the 4K programming and while 4K looks great.. . some content that was HDR did not show quite the full levels of color that I was expecting. I can't complain as I paid only a bit more than $800 for it. However, if I were to pay the list price, from my research, I think I may have opted to get the Sony models that were similarly or higher price based on the reviews on rtings website.

This TV while watching 4k videos is excellant! I only gave 4 stars due to a few things, I am trying to iron out.. some may be user error, wifi error, or the TV itself, I will update when I know! I get a blurriness in 4k around heads of people... I have read this could be due to higher settings... I have had redbox shut down, which will hard reset the tv... I am not sure as of now if this is due to internet or the tv itself... The black is dark... but I always have some very light spots too... mouse pointer leaves a light bar of sorts that's a third of the tv... I am pretty sure this is something I have in settings... the picture however is excellant... the tv remote, while i was skeptical ... I love it... the apps fire right up, easy to find... and the apps section is way better than Samsung's... I have owned Only Samsung TV's for the last 15-20 years... LG just stole my business!!

Review of TV is great. Review of delivery service using 3rd party contractors was horrific. Best Buy should be ashamed of itself. I was also promised a $50 BB card for 2 cancelled deliveries and as of today never received it.

My wife and I did a lot of research on many different brands and this TV stayed on top of the list no matter what we looked at. The picture is amazing and the features of the remote are great as well. Well worth the money!

The design and quality of the components seem well made. I particularly like the one piece aluminum frame, and the stand. The menu/navigation controls could be better. Mildly annoying every time we turn on the TV is tells you there is no internet connection and to check inputs.

This LG TV is everything it advertised and we are absolutely delighted. The picture is crystal clear, vivid, and invites you into the scene. The color range is spot on and consistent. It is everything it claimed to be.

I initially purchased a Samsung UN65KU7000FXZA 65" 4K HDR TV. The build on that TV was terrible so I exchanged it for this LG TV. I have to say that the build is much better! For the price, I'm very happy with this TV.

I have always purchased lg tvs for their value and quality. This tv did not disappoint. I'd recommend this to anyone. It's not quite the quality of Samsung but it also doesn't carry the price tag of Samsung either.

Bought on a sale day, great TV! Previous was a 55" LCD, however this is a major upgrade. you don't think 10" is that big of a difference, but pair it with the UHD aspect and its goes beyond my expectation.

This is without a doubt the very best TV I have ever owned. Easy setup (even if your not a techno guy). Picture is totally awesome. I would compare this to TV's that cost thousands more. Absolutely love it...! ++++

I have had this tv for a few weeks now and have been very pleased with its performance. The smart features work great. The picture probably needs to be setup to your liking (I don't like the soap opera effect) - a quick Google search on recommended settings will have you rolling in no time. Can't say much for sound because I bought the LG soundbar and sub - really happy with that as well. All in all, great buy and well worth the price. Looking forward to college football games in a few months!

I was disappointed when I connected my xfinity cable to the TV. It looks horrible even on HD channels. The only thing that looks good is our XBox 1 connected with a HDMI. Other than that regular TV is a mess.

I'm not very tech savvy, but the picture is amazing, and the features on the tv are pretty user friendly. I have not have any problems navigating through the apps, and my boyfriend also loves the ability to download more apps on top of what comes pre-installed. We both love this tv!

This tv has an outstanding picture and the motion quality is excellent. This is actually my first led coming from a plasma, I do miss the excellent plasma quality but wanted something bigger for a reasonable price. If oled wasn't so dang outrageously priced then that would have been my choice. This tv exceeded my expectations for an led tv though. Better than I expected after having a plasma.

I shopped for awhile before I chose this TV. I like the mouse feature on the remote but I'm having trouble getting it to turn on my Direct TV box. Not really an issue. Overall happy after my first month.

This is a great television with more bells and whistles than you can ever imagine. I would recommend of purchase to anyone looking for a quality TV with an outstanding picture and value for the money.

For the money this is a GREAT TV with high quality definition! For the $2K range of a 65" TV, this is the one to buy! You get Dolby Vision AND HDR capabilities. Which is good in case one of the technologies dies out you won't be stuck with a TV feature that's worthless. Do some research on C/NET for good detailed info!

Beautiful picture, great color, very clear. Easy set up. Glad we got this TV.

After doing research on TVs I was planning to buy a Samsung, but after looking at the various screens and discussions with the rep., I switched to the LG for all three of the TVs we were buying.
