    The TV as a whole is nice to watch, with a responsive UI. There is one major flaw: Anything that uses wifi data (e.g. Netflix, amazon video, hulu, plex, etc.) does not work. There appears to be an issue (hardware or software) with the way the wifi module connects to a home network. There are several long forums over on the Samsung official website, you can search for "Samsung KS8000 TV won't connect via Wifi" to find them. I don't usually leave negative reviews until I have exhausted all possible support options and given the manufacturer time to rectify the problem, however Samsung are completely unwilling to accept it's an issue with their TV. Doing a hard reset (unplug) the TV temporarily fixes the issue, until the next time it is powered off/on via remote. Samsung support blames the ISP - which makes no sense considering all other wifi devices in the house operate perfectly and router is configured correctly. There is a workaround - to buy a third party WiFi extender and use the wired Ethernet port on the TV, however that is a serious compromise for a high end TV and not practical in some setups.
