We decided to go with the LG because of many positive reviews. I can not over state how pleased we are with the TV. The Best Buy Store associate was very helpful with the purchase. The TV has an incredible picture at an affordable price. The TV was also very easy to mount on a wall.

Super connected TV that is easy to incorporate with all your home entertainment needs. I only wish it could mirror apple products. Sort of a bummer considering we are an apple product family. Also, it would be nice to play video via internet app but the tv does not support in page video playing. Does YouTube great though. All in all, love it so far.

I absolutely love this tv. Webos works well, apps are awesome resolution is amazing (after some tweeks). Knocked down 1 star due to the local dimming. I ended up turning it off. Local dimming is broken up into 4 or 5 vertical bands on the tv which creates a noticable difference between each section. Turning it off resolved this with minimal issue.

This tv is great. Did a lot of research, well worth it. I am glad we purchased this TV. We do a lot of 4k videos with drones and this TV surely makes the difference. As more tv switches over to 4k we see the difference. I love it. So glad we upgraded to this. So nice.

The picture on this TV is amazing. High quality image with crisp detail. Initially was looking at the Sony, but side by side, the LG had better picture quality. Very happy with my purchase.

LG UH7700, 65-inch 4k, Super UHD, smart TV -- what else do you need? Best Buy had the best deal on this and when I shopped around for 30 days afterwards looking for a better price re their Price Match Guarantee -- I still couldn't beat it.

In this age when we can make use of so may movie streaming services, having a TV that provides the best possible viewing is essential. I could not be more pleased. The LG is fantastic.

Love the picture clarity and color. Smart TV capabilities are easy to use. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is on two occasions the smart tv apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) have frozen up and wouldn't work unexplainably for 20-30 minutes (internet connectivity was good and all software updates applied.)

I did a lot of research on this TV and what it came down to is the operating system of the LG was easier to use and the Magic Remote it came with makes entering text easier by using the move feature instead of the up/down arrows.

After extensive and thorough research, I chose this LG tv for its features, picture clarity and advertised LG reputation for quality. After 14 months, the screen went dark for a few seconds and displayed a black line down the center. Two days ago, it WENT BLACK COMPLETELY AND DIED. I am extremely disappointed, to say the least, for having paid over $1600 for a hyped up "best thing on the market" TV (per Best Buy sales) that lasted less than two years - And if you check Consumer Report reviews, you will find that the motherboard panel failure is NOT UNCOMMON with LG. I will NEVER EVER AGAIN BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT and Best Buy should NOT be promoting or selling these inferior TV's to their customers.

My husband bought this for me as a birthday gift and I was totally blown away with the image quality. We started buying the 4K movies not long ago and they look great! It pairs nicely with the xbox one s.

I researched a lot of tvs before I bought this tv. I really like LG tvs and have never had any issues so I was excited about it. Got the box home and put the stand together. The TV looked good for about 4 hours then all of the sudden It started having a very dark vertical section on the left side of the screen. I tried everything to get rid of it but it wouldn't go away. I took some photos and video of it then returned it. The magnolia guy at bestbuy said it's a dead LED zone and is common on this tv. Well at least I got 4 hours. Also before it broke I noticed the 4K upscaling is not nearly as good as our older samsung tv. Very disappointed in this tv. Save your money.

TV delivers 4k UHD as promised. Slim design is nice as well. Best Buy did not have lowest price, walmart was cheaper but would have taken 2 additional days to be delivered. I would reccomend this TV for the crisp picture quality and remote features.

Great value paid 1500.00 No complaints about picture quality. 65" 4K. 120hz native screen. Remote very nice with curser feature on screen when aimed. Remote could use dedicated Netflix button

Nice picture but not too sure about the WiFi.. Will stay away from LG products.. I have a LG electric stove..after 2 years the LED doesn't work...No more LG for me.. Samsung or Sony only for me..,

The picture is great when it works. We have had on and off problems with the TV and the Web-based functions. Best Buy has been out once to fix it; it is still has issues. I have always liked LG, but this purchase has been disappointing. I can not in all honesty recommend the product.

Love the tv and glad I listened to the salesperson. He pointed out that there were only two reviews and that really wasn't enough to make an informed decision. Pointed out that the tv was a 2016 model and had many features and positives.

Great TV. We have had no problems yet. We really like the silver trim around the TV. I thought plain black would be better, but my wife was correct that the silver is sharp.

we are so happy with our new smart tv. we are quite old and behind times but we are figuring it all out. wish we were as smart
