Software glitch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 4K LG 65" set is great except if you are using for example Netflex via an ethernet cable that plugs into the back of the set. The software does not allow you to use external speakers when using the internet. Only the small speakers built into the LG set. I called them a they told me we are working on the problem. Maybe in the last 30 days it was fixed but I doubt it, I would call them before buying this set. Outside of that I love the set.

I’ve looked it up and apparently this is a common occurrence with LG. There’s a video on YT explaining how to open up the back of the TV and fix the obvious manufacturing issue, but for the cost no one should have to do this. Very disappointed.

The colors are really bright, but I had to get someone to help me with that. I wish getting the colors correct was easier. The tv is mounted. Completely recommend as it is a great tv for viewing.

Overall a great tv

The reason being is that Pandora is not loaded into the TV, and also it does not come with the magic remote from LG. This would have been extremely handy, and we plan to get one elsewhere. Otherwise, TV is fantastic.

Great for Home Theater

That said, this TV is awesome. So far, I've only watched a few things on it and played a little xbox one, but it looks great. No real complaints.
