The picture is very good and so is the sound with the sound bar and sub woofer

Good picture, decent internal speakers. Smart hub does not have Syfy App.

The staff was helpful courteous and kind. Collin in Magnolia is always so willing to go the extra. I was looking for zip ties and they were willing to just give them to me since the store had none in stock for purchase.

Quoted $900 to repair my 55"DLP. Perfect excuse to upgrade & after researching the different brands I went with this LG. Built in speakers better than expected but got surround sound anyway. Very pleased with purchase-

Vacuum is less then expectations (Neato), TV is perfect (LG 65" 4k)

I purchased the TV for our conference room. We use it for video conference with our other locations and to hook our laptops to it to review job bids. Works great

Unfortunately I had to return this product because there were some lines on the screen that made the television unwatchable. Of course it was past the point I could return it at Best Buy, so I had the pleasure of dealing with LG electronics warranty which is a call center in 'Who knows where' yay! It just so happened it was during week of my staycation, between Christmas and New Years. Had family visiting, etc. could barely watch my Sooners in the Sugar Bowl spank Auburn. Of course i had no choice of who would do the repair as that is contracted out, and of course the repair contractor had to order a part (a new screen). It took a week and a half. It has now been fixed, but I must say it sure does cause the normal 1080P broadcasts to look BAD. There is not a lot of 4K video out there yet.

Seems excellent so far ! watching it from this tv to an old tv seems like looking into my 10 year old computer now !! although the frame rate so far is too fast for my eyes ! but may be i will get used to it !!

I have two 65" LG TVs that are slightly different models. I love them both. The wifi works great. These TVs link up and run wifi from my router better than many of my other wifi items in the house.

Have had the tv for a month and have had no problems. Only thing I don't like is that the smart tv aps do not allow you to have access to HBOgo, showtime, etc; so I still need to use my apple tv.

The picture is soo clear esp during movies, theirs a lil bit of pixilation on news channels but I think that's just cause its the news. other than that its one the best looking pictures ive seen.

Thank you to Dic for spending a decent amount of time with helping me decide what to get since there are an overwhelming amount of options. He broke it down for me which made my decision easier.
