    Good picture while it lasted. Barely made it 3 years before it died. Not worth fixing. Not buying another LG TV.

    Takes forever to turn on

    I bought this TV in June and it is now September. When I try to turn on the TV it takes 20 minutes for it to actually turn on. This started about a week ago and today there is no sound. The picture is wonderful when it actually does work. But I shouldn't have issues with a TV that is 3 months old.

    Quit working right out of warranty

    Tv stopped working exactly 2 months after the warranty expires. Without any kind of warnings, just quit working all of a sudden. I would give it a zero star if I could.

    Purchased this Television in BestBuy Aug 24 and returned it the following day. The picture quality is not good, The pictures looked washed out and sluggish, no matter what setting I put it on. My mistake was I didn't see it on when I purchased it, Good thing it was purchased in BestBuy and they returned it with out any issues.

    LG Let Me Down

    Purchased an LG 65 inch Ultra HD Smart TV in January 2016. Picture is awesome....however, the metal bezel was warped on arrival. Contacted LG (a very difficult task), sent pictures, technician viewed the problem....still no resolution after 6 months. LG customer service is the worst....will NEVER buy another LG product!
