Ok, disappointed a little with quality of the image.

Ordered this item for Christmas and received it more than a month ahead of the holiday. Opened it Christmas day and mounted it on the wall. Then discovered there was no remote. The tv has no other way to set it up. Contacted LG who said since it was older than 30 days they couldn't give me a remote. Contacted Bestbuy who said they would send me a remote but it would take 7 - 10 days. I did a follow up 5 days later and Bestbuy told me that the remote was never sent and I needed to talk to LG since it falls under manufacturers warranty. Talked to LG (again) explained (again) and they said that they would send a "free" remote and it would be 7 - 10 days. I will not buy from "Bestbuy" again.

Had this tv a year and already have a pixel go out and flickering on my screen. My 10 year old plasmas still hasn’t had any issues. Sad this tv is already having issues like this! The internet feature is also very slow.

Loved this TV so much until about 6 months in. Then had to have the mother board replaced twice due not it not connecting to the wifi on it's own anymore. Not really impressed since it's supposed to be a high end TV.

I was sold the tv but wasn't aware that it did not mirror the iPhone. My household are iPhone users and I work a lot so I didn't really enjoy this tv until it was too late to return it to purchase an iPhone friendly tv.

We brought this TV for our new house and it is amazing. I love the way it looks on out wall. The resolution is amazing.

High quality at a great price. Bought this tv right before Black Friday and enjoyed all the football games on Thanksgiving.

I bought this one since its on sale and fits my budget and the size that i want. Its my 1st smart tv. Took me a long time to decide on this. Few days its working fine im glad looks cool yet after a week the sytem went down. Apps cannot open that made me have a geek squad come in the house and fix it. I was told it cantbe fix so thats why it made me get another brand. I got sony now and im satisfied. Take note that what i took is already open box so maybe that has something to do with it.

This television has great picture quality and features like internet tv and an easy to use remote.

Great Price but some problems with sound. Half of the tim I have to turn the volume up to 50 or 60 just to hear the program

We are so glad we picked this LG TV. Love the smart tv option. And it has an amazing picture.

It's not bad for the price for being 65 inches, but overall picture quality is not good.

The TV didn’t last 2 years, last week 1 line of pixels went out then EXACTLY 1 week later, almost to the hour, the bottom of the screen went crazy. Best Buy said and I quote “it is what it is, better buy another”. I’ve purchased a lot from Best Buy but I think I’m done.

I bought this tv from Best Buy because it seemed like a good deal at $800. LG was a brand name tv. I was replacing my 47" LG from 2011 and I ended up with a DOWNGRADED tv! The quality was much worse than a tv from 6 years ago. Returned it and spent the extra money to get a good Sony and am happy with it.

Great product. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new tv.

Low number of apps and can stream live tv service without additional equipment

Not happy. Three years later purchasing another brand. WiFi signal drops every 30 minutes and often does not connect. All other devices in home remain connected.

It's a good TV. I just think that the remote is cheaply made.
