I really love this LG 4k tv. It was an excellent purchase. It has a really nice picture and sound quality. Since making this purchase, I have added two more of the same models in 70" and 75". I have had no negative issues with any of them I highly recommend that you purchase from Best Buy

had originally bought the Samsung 65in, was not happy with the picture quality. returned it for the LG, 100% better.

True 4k, better picture and sound quality. Remote needs to be improved

A TRUE 120HTZ WITH HDR....Cable channels look more like 4k than any other 4k TV I'VE had.............

Purchased this unit after debating to go with Samsung, am I glad I went with LG. So far so good, I am blown away how beautiful the picture looks. Sound is great also, can't beat the price!

TV works great, my wife and I am still in Aww with the picture. Had this TV for a week now and no issues. Works better than our 55 inch led LG TV. Would recommend.

My wife and I recently purchased this t.v as an open box and on sale. I replaced a 6 yr old Toshiba 55in 1080p t.v. I have been messing with the picture settings almost nonstop since I brought it home and am still not satisfied. This has to be the most inconstant t.v. I have ever seen. One minute it looks beautiful...and the next, garbage (same program mind you). The native contrast ratio is very low causing the darker scenes in movies and shows to loos all detail. For example, if a character is wearing a dark jacket it looks like he has a featureless black shirt on. Or if there is a nighttime scene, It's very hard to tell whats going on at all. Every 10 min I say Im going to keep it, It looks good. Then, that looks terrible. It's very frustrating. Native contrast goes a long way towards a good picture and in that area this t.v. is not so good. On the bright side, blurays look o.k. and are clear, and video games look good too. Both still have an issue with contrast but its not as noticeable as when watching cable. I have had zero issues watching the same programs with my Toshiba. Ultimately I believe I will be returning it and save up for a higher end T.V. Remember, the bigger the T.V., the more pronounced the flaws, and this has too many to overcome.

Good pic but the sound sucks have to have to almost full blast to hear it if you have a sound bar or surround sound then it works good.

Great for every thing else. Sound is ok. Internet features are quick.

I love it is very nice that I have seen it in my life is first time. Since I used LG plasma. Samsung tv too. LG is slim, pretty graphics with 4K.

Purchased this LG to replace a 60" Samsung with a bad panel. Love the look, features, and clarity of picture. So far so good!! Couldn't beat the deal on Black Friday as well, it was an easy choice.

At first this TV seemed great, and it worked fine for over a year...when the LG warranty ran out. I used it pretty often but not an extreme amount. It would be off and unused for days at a time. Recently though the menu and controls stopped working, then the screen went black and won't come back. LG's support site just says it needs a technician to repair it, but won't send their own because it's out of warranty. So I guess I'm gonna have to learn to be a TV repair tech or spend more money on this already $900 piece of junk. I'd like to hope this is an isolated incident, but I certainly won't ever buy a product from LG again because of it.
