Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the superb picture quality and ease of use of this 65" 4K Ultra HD TV. Many appreciate the value for the price and the vibrant colors, although some found the remote control and the number of HDMI ports to be less than ideal. The smart features are also a plus for many users. A few users mentioned issues with the operating system and volume.

    Poor Picture Quality, Horrible Interface

I was initially very excited to upgrade my nearly 10 year old 61" Samsung DLP and the deal on this 65" LG was too good to pass up. After countless hours of trying to calibrate the picture, I just couldn't get a satisfactory image. I know IPS screens are not as good from head-on versus panel, but this was not acceptable for the caliber TV and specs. Images looked too pixelated and color and motion blur were not satisfactory regardless of adjustments. I returned the LG and got a 60" Samsung 4k for less money and am 1000 times happier. The smart remote is so refreshing compared to the LG and the interface is smooth and user friendly. I am a tech junkie and do countless hours of research to make a wise decision and I was fooled and disappointed by LG (again and for the last time). I will stick with Sony and Samsung as I always have.

Except for complete darkness, there is a ton of glare from this TV! Buyer beware! If you want a TV more than just for late night moving watching, and even then you'd have to make sure just about all lights are off, do Not buy this TV! Also, how on earth is nobody else complaining about this in the reviews, is there something I am missing here?

Poor pixel display and dead pixles

Bought this tv had it for 2 days had flashing white pixles in the black background it's a 60hz not a true 120hz refresh rate. I got a 65in Sony Bravia for $200 more with HDR and 120hz it was the best move I made I love this tv especially watching my raiders play on it. If your gonna spend the money get the Sony you will be more happy I promise. I'm writing a review to warn you don't make the mistake

I have had my TV for less than a year, and it is so dark we can barely see it at times. I have called in a couple of times, but since I didn't take the extended warranty there is nothing they can do. The remote is not user friendly either.

The refresh rate of 60hz is to low for a TV of this size. There was a lot of picture blur with action. Took it back after one day and paid $200 more for the Sony 750D...Picture is night and day compared to this LG

I bought this, took it home and set it up. My Magnavox 55" 1080 has a better picture. Took it right back and sprung for the Samsung SUHD 2160 65". Well worth he extra money!!!!
