Horrible customer service from Best Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my Tv and it was delivered by Best Buy to my new resident 12/30/17. I'm just now moving into my new home and I never opened Tv until this weekend once I placed my cable television order from Cincinnati bell, Cincinnati bell Rep opened box and upon opening and hooking my cable up he turned on Tv and My Tv has a crack in it!!!! I'm so dissatisfied with manager of store and overall customer service, THEY TOLD ME it's nothing they can do for me and after looking online for return policy and damaged items it's is nothing online that says can't be returned after 48 hours?!!

Was a great TV ...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This WAS a great TV until this afternoon when the motherboard went out. Picture test runs perfectly, all menus and audio perfect. Problem is, no picture coming from the TV. Now we have to wait for a new motherboard to arrive in the mail, then a week for repair to come out and worse, you can't pick a time that works for all, just a timeframe say, between 12pm and 4pm. Total inconvenience for the working household. This TV was purchased in December 2017, it is April 2018. Not even 6 months old so I'd say this is very unacceptable. Thankful for extended warranty until 2020 but at this point, I have little faith in this TV and foresee nothing but trouble down the road. In looking for guidance online, seems this is a common occurrence with LG TV's. Save your money and look for another manufacturer and read all reviews before reaching into your wallet. If I knew then what I do now, I'd pass on this one.

Great for 22 months, then died
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My LG - 65" Class (64.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV had a great picture for 22 months, then when I turned it on - only dark grey screen, menu will display but will not respond, everything else is dead grey. I have an LG 55" in another room and it still works. We'll see... Stay away from LG65" and if you must buy LG, get the 3 year warranty!

Mediocre at best!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stick with 1080p! If you can't get a television with a 120 refresh rate don't bother getting a 4K television. In the end you get what you pay for. By the time 4K is mainstreamed this television will be outdated.

Don’t buy LG
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV died after just 3 years with moderate use. Warranty didn’t cover it and LG wouldn’t do anything about it. I bought Samsung to replace it and won’t buy Lg again. Horrible service.

Stay away only good for 1 yr
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I noticed the Wi-Fi wouldn't stay connected and randon msg unknown device disconnected (kept appearing), so I started to do research and it’s a known problem. The solution was to try and change the TV settings like change country from US to Canada etc.... or unplug T.V and hold off\on button for 5 sec. Of course none of that worked, so I was told the Wi-Fi board is probably bad the tv is less than 2 yrs. old. Horrible product and they should fix for free do a recall and fix the tv.
