Didn't get to use. After plugging it all in & turning the TV on the screen was all messed up. We returned it & just went for the 70" instead.

I was so excited to finally treat myself to a new TV. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the return/exchange policy was so poor so I didn't think to open the box until after the short 15 day mark. Once I carefully opened and set up the TV with a few friends, we plugged it in to find out that the inside of the screen was not functioning so there was no picture. When I went to Best Buy and waited over an hour in line to speak with a customer service representative and was passed on from employee to employee, the final "supervisor" that I spoke with told me that they weren't going to help me since it wasn't in the return/exchange time window. I have worked in customer service for nearly 10 years and was appalled by the lack of effort on their part to assist after I spent a lot of money on this purchase.

It was delivered with a big crack in the screen. I wanted another one delivered but I unfortunately bought the last one on the planet and had to choose another type. I ordered a 60 inch which cost $200 more and I had to pay in full for the purchase while they still had my initial $700 payment. I had no TV for a week and had laid out $1600. The refund credit hit my account about a week later.

Excellent image quality!!!

Remember 10 years ago when 1080p came out to the market and everyone (the professional reviewers) was amazed by the image quality (the great resolution)? Well, this TV provides that great resolution but improved by a decade of technological advances. My wife was impressed about how good it looks (both, outside and the image quality), and she doesn't care at all about things like that. The irony is that this is one of the cheapest 65-inch TVs available. I sit about 10 feet from my TV and it looks amazing!!! You can expend $4,000, $5,000, even $7,000 for an OLED TV that for sure looks better, but with this TV for $800 you will not miss the OLED TV at all once sitting at home.

Bought it and set it up last night, stand does not feel too sturdy for weight of T.V. Will wall-mount soon. Picture is good, have not gone thru and made adjustments, Coming from a 50" LED Toshiba, do not see any difference other than size and this one has WIFI (Allcast work's well with it). We do have Uverse w.HD and do not see the difference from old screen, nice product overall. To get a tv for this size at this price from a decent company is a treat. I am not that tech savy and 1080p is enough for me as.

Overall great quality television and easy set up. I like how LG offers great quality at affordable prices. This television easily mounts on a wall or looks good on a wide TV stand.

A Lot of Screen for the Money

This is a lot of screen for the money. I got it on sale at Best By for just $649 ($150 off of list price of $799). It is a very big screen (65"). It is a Smart TV which is a plus, as it has Netflix and Amazon Video built in, both of which I use on a regular basis. It also has several other apps that I do not use. The built in sound quality is great, so I don't need a sound bar. It is "only" 1080p, but most of what we currently watch is only broadcast in 1080p, so why waste a lot of money on a 4k model? But, that is just my philosophy. I'll likely upgrade to 4k in a few years. For now, I am very happy with this purchase.

Great Basic HD TV

A great larger screen TV at a budget price. The large screen makes watching more enjoyable. Great picture quality with 1080 HD and LED. Great factory speakers and overall sound. TV is easy to use and has lots of features with the built in Smart TV settings.
A few bad things.
The inputs to hook up everything to your TV are located in the middle of the TV in the back. Not a good place its harder to reach back there and see. Should have been on the side where its easy to reach and see.
The TV stand is cheap. 2 clips and 2 screws used to hold it in place. Its secure enough but should be more secure.
The TV is heavy so installation was a drag. Your better off paying Geek Squad or somebody to install it. Trust me its worth the money.
Overall I am very pleased with this TV and it has all the features i wanted at a great price.

A workhorse tv

Over 5 years later and still going strong. It's only a 1080p, but antenna, Netflix, HBO Max, and Prime all look great. Is it as good as our OLED, well no, but for what it is, we could have done much worse. It's a workhorse.

If you like to surf not the TV for you. This TV is incredibly frustrating mostly because of the remote if you don't hold it exactly in the middle at the perfect height the remote doesn't work and to scroll through the different apps is incredibly frustrating (to do anything on the remote)(which is TINY) ...is incredibly frustrating. The pictures fine once you get to what you are trying to watch but getting there is tough and don't even think about trying to spell something out in the search Fields. So I bought a Magic remote and it wouldn't pair so I called customer service and they said the only remote that works with this TV is the standard remote that comes with it! Grrrrrrrrrrrr. Only buy this TV if you absolutely can't afford anything better as it does have a decent picture for the price.
