LG TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this tv. It disconnects itself from the WiFi and the controllers, freezes regularly and just doesn't respond to the remote. It was very difficult to get hooked up to PBS Passport because LG didn't have it available as an app and it wouldn't let me add it. Every time I use it, there is some type of issue. The picture is good but that is the only good thing about this TV. I don't like it at all.

Posted .Hi, Marcia. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your LG TV (65QNED70AUA) model. We understand the importance of having a TV that stays connected, responds smoothly, and supports the apps you want to use. One helpful step you can try is performing a network reset on the TV. Go to Settings → All Settings → Network → Wi‑Fi Connection → Advanced Wi‑Fi Settings → Edit, then re‑enter your network information. This refreshes the connection and often stabilizes Wi‑Fi performance. Would not recommend
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really not happy with this TV. Picture was not clean and crisp. Had issues with streaming apps. We would start a show and then it would lock up and spin continuously. I returned the TV back to Best Buy and bought a Samsung Q8 instead.

LG 65" tv Review
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture clarity is not that sharp, but I didn't buy the higher resolution tv and spend double the money. It's ok for me.

Broken in 19 days
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv quit working after 19 days and I am now waiting for a repair tech to contact me. I purchased an LG to replace a Samsung that was not functioning properly so I apparently have made another mistake with my trust in LG. I have never had a tv fail completely, and from my research it is caused by the main board malfunctioning. Not sure how soon someone will come fix it but for now I guess I get to stare a blank tv on the wall. I will try Sony next time and hope that it lasts longer than 3 weeks. Very disappointing

Posted .Hi, Doug. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (65QNED70AUA) model. We appreciate your feedback and understand how important it is for your TV to perform reliably, especially so soon after purchase.
If your screen is blank and the unit won’t power on, we recommend performing a power cycle: unplug the TV from the wall for at least 60 seconds, then plug it back in and press the power button on the TV (not the remote). This can help reset internal components and may restore functionality. Disappointed!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV had all the features that I needed. Unboxing and setup was easy. However, once it was turned on, the flickering backlights running down the screen was unbearable. Had to pack everything back up and return it to the store the next day. Better qulity control needed for this product.
