I asked one of the service representatives that were there and the television section and he asked where the TV was going and I said a sunroom and he suggested the TV that I bought and I can’t be more happy with it.

Because of software freezing, I traded into this LG. I couldn't be happier. I even like the software on this more than my 65" Samsung QLED Q70. Also, very nice to see a complete remote control again.

Remote control not user-friendly
