I asked one of the service representatives that were there and the television section and he asked where the TV was going and I said a sunroom and he suggested the TV that I bought and I can’t be more happy with it.

Because of software freezing, I traded into this LG. I couldn't be happier. I even like the software on this more than my 65" Samsung QLED Q70. Also, very nice to see a complete remote control again.

Remote control not user-friendly

Don’t Waste Your Money

It is incredibly slow, and that’s an understatement. Apple AirPlay doesn’t work. Screen mirroring doesn’t work. LG has this awful manual cursor that you can’t even turn off in settings. It will not allow you to sign in with your cable service and stream anything such as ESPN, CBS, Fox, etc. That includes sports. The list goes on. Picture is average. Sound is sub par. Purchased an LG sound bar with the television… don’t do that either.
