There is also lots of blooming which can make it distracting sometimes.

Not dark enough

There's glow of gray/white no matter what setting it's on and no matter how dark the room is. I recommend just splurging on an OLED or spend less on a regular LED.

Will never buy an LG TV again. Crashes constantly.

Crashes constantly after less than a year of normal use (a couple hours a day). Based on Reddit reviews, this is a byproduct of poor manufacturing standards - i.e. heatsink on CPU on mainboard falling off, bad eletronic boards, etc. I won't pay for an extended warranty for a product category that should at least last 4-5 years of regular family use.

I'm now 1yr in and I cannot stand it, I literally want to chuck it out the window. The TV is listening to everything you say then shows you a commercial for it. If you have made a purchase using the same email the TV shows you a commercial for it. There is no way around it..you have to use your email to activate the TV. I HATE IT No matter how much you try to make the picture clear it doesn't work. Money WASTED.

Disappointed

As long term ‘total tech’ customers we headed to our local Best Buy store for a replacement. BB no longer sells Vizio so we chose a ” LG Q. The picture is no better than our Vizio and navigating features and operating in general is more complex than we expected.

I didn't like this TV and planning to return it if possible. lots of disappointment with this TV

Some apps that I downloaded won’t work on it I really dislike this tv…HATE IT!

Broken tv screen / damaged

Best buy would not return for refund or exchange for replacement. Per policy.. they admitted this could have happened during shipment. I called numerous times and showed up 2x to try to have this made right. I am our $700. I can not speak on the tv quality, but I want to make it known buyer should proceed with caution on purchasing from best buy. I was also told I should habe opened the box to view at the store before brining home to get a refund. Best buy should make that a requirement / known at the time of purchase. I am writing this reveiw as I was offered to win a chande at $400 best buy gift card. Maybe ill win to get half my money $ to buy a new tv. Which I am still out at the moment.

Cant stream all platforms.

I am able to stream Youtube and Netflix. Other devices in the same location can stream.
