So glad we purchase this TV. We’ve been needing a bigger size TV for quite some time, and now that we have the appropriate size TV complements our entertainment system so well. This is our second LG TV so it goes without saying we love their products from the size to the cost to the video quality to all the settings that come with the TV. This product is awesome.

So far this is a great TV. The ONLY negative we have noticed is on the remote. When you push the home button the mouse automatically turns on. It's easy to turn off, but it is a little annoying. Everything else about the TV is great!

Hi, Charles. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (65QNED75URA) model. We appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating it can be when a TV doesn’t function as expected, especially with power issues and sound inconsistencies.

It’s good to hear that you’re pleased with the picture quality, but we want to help you improve your overall experience. For the power issue, ensure that all connections are secure and try using a different power outlet. Regarding the sound, adjusting the audio settings or using a soundbar may enhance your viewing experience.

As for the Spectrum app, we recommend checking for any updates to see if it becomes available on the TV in the future. In the meantime, using your Roku is a great workaround.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport. Our team would be more than happy to help you! We appreciate your patience and hope to enhance your experience. ^Juvy LG

I might have received a dud. But the backlight bleed on the one I've unboxed is horrific. There's no blacks at all and there are highly visible backlights shinning through at both the top and bottom of the screen in a line. I've got an exchange coming, so hopefully that fixes this issue. But the more I look at reviews of IPS panels, the more I see this is a very common problem and not supported by the LG warranty.

Most TV's now set up easily with smart phones, however, I found this TV's set up was a little querky. A lot more permission granting almost like a PC. I did like how it auto configured my HDMI devices with a little selection help. I have a 65" Sony X800H that I purchased in 2020 which has a much better HD screen quality along with truer color tones! I have had to make alot of adjustments to get a more natural color tone and also to clear up the picture. Switching between menus has been a sluggish experience. The TV did receive a initial update, but, did not seem to help. Purchasing The next level up TV for a better processor would be worth it. Navigating the menus between apps, live TV and such was a bit of a learning curve. I find myself relying on voice commands moreso. If you are expecting apps like Frndly TV, that is not available for download. You will need to rely on a Roku! You will definitly want to add a sound bar as the TV sound is very thin! I Do like the Magic remote. A great LG feature. The TV itself has been consistent, no black outs or power issues. I would still recommend going with the 80 series for the extra $100.00.

This was the third TV I picked up from Best Buy and the first to work. So there's that. This LG TV apparently has better electronics than the cheaper brand I tried first. When I set this up, I was thrown off for a bit because most TVs have a protective plastic film across the display when they ship. This one did not, but it looked like it did! There's actually a plastic film across the screen that is part of the way the screen was built. I started to try to pull it off before I realized it was supposed to stay on! Glad I didn't destroy my TV before using it! This screen has pretty decent picture quality. Especially for the price, it's great. My only complaint is the backlight that changes brightness depending on what is being displayed. In theory this is a great way to increase contrast and make the blacks blacker, but in practice this only works nicely when the whole screen goes black. It's really noticeable (and kind of distracting) when the screen is mostly black except for one part, like a logo in the middle of the screen at the start of a movie, or during the credits. Also, any time content is in letterbox the "black bars" show up as a hazy gray that changes depending on the content. I bought this TV for the screen, not for the "smart" TV software, so I don't have a lot to say about WebOS. I will say that the Magic Remote is pretty slick. But, strangely, navigating through menus or apps is very slow. Like it has to think for a second or two just to get to the next menu. Fortunately I don't have to do that very often. Finally, one oddly missing feature on this TV is a headphone jack. The only audio outputs are HDMI ARC and optical. No big deal for most people, probably, but I thought it was an odd omission.

I have been very impressed with the overall quality of the picture. Having it for just 2 weeks and the only 2 negative things I can say is that I don't like how it switches to (film maker mode) when I watch a movie. This feature is supposed to give you the view of the original image by the director, but it is in letter box style, and I didn't buy a 65" TV to watch letter box. The 2nd is the sound is good but watching movies it seems like the background noise and music is louder than the voices, and I tend to have to turn the volume up so I can hear them clearly. I have not found a way to adjust the sound more to my liking yet, and I don't feel like i should have to buy a sound bar to rectify the issue. Other than that I am very happy with the TV, the built in apps and ease of access to them is great! Like there is a button on the remote specifically for Prime Video, among others. The Xbox S that i have looks great on the screen! The graphics are really crisp and I have not experienced any kind of lagging in the picture. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I really like this tv! I had done all my research between the UHDs, QLEDs, and OLEDs. I was ready to buy the QLED because we don't have any hi-def streaming services and I thought that would be completely okay and OLED was a little too fancy. I still had to purchase a receiver which recently kicked out as well and I needed to spread out the money. I walked into the store and found this QNED. A nice middle ground that was one step up from the QLEDs but not as pricey as the OLEDs and it is a perfect fit! Beautiful color, strong sound with the tv by itself. Easily connectable to a wired receiver or a blue-tooth sound bar or both. It was missing a 3.5 jack for audio that my last tv had, so I'm still playing with adapter plug-ins, but I'm happy I bought this tv and would buy again.

I love this tv. This tv has the most vivid colors and crisp, high quality picture. The picture quality looks as good as the LG OLED tv that I purchased for my son which cost twice as much. It has every app you can imagine. It has the best remote ever. It has a laser pointer. You can also use your phone as a remote. It has voice capabilty so you do not need to use your Alexa or Amazon Prime Firestick. You just aim as a click on the microphone button and say the show or movie you want, and it will take you to that specific show. Love the 65 inch screen too!

So far so good the colors are vibrant the display is bright, the remote is excellent has the pointer which makes it very easy to type when searching. It is a heavier TV and could be a little quicker going throught the menus but nothing thats not manageable. Also the led dimming zones can be quite noticeable at times when you have the black bars in movies but nothing that impedes on a full screen. Overall Im happy with it.
