My Samsung tv (which broke down only after 3 years) had a much brighter and crisp, picture; yet LG picture quality is just fair. My major complaint would be the time it requires for the tv-set to turn on. It takes more than 40-45 seconds for LGTv programs and even up to 65-70 seconds for any app to turn on. The sound quality though is better than similar Samsung Tv. To my dismay, few weeks after the purchase, the price of my tv-set went down radically. BestBuy had asked for $250 for mounting and setting, which I naturally declined and did all on my own. Next tv-set will be another brand.

The salesman was helpful but not pushy. The delivery went smooth and I have really enjoyed my new television.

Excellent picture quality and easy UI. Wall mounting and initial set up was very easy. Sound set up took a bit of work. But now very good.

The one in on the floor showed way better even tho the salesperson said it was an out of the box setup. The picture on my tv was not even close to the one on the sales floor

Thankfully, I was still under the 15 day return window. Bought a Samsung instead...very happy with the new purchase. I probably just go a lemon, but didn't want to take the chance on another one.
