    The television had very good clarity but there seemed to be a bit of a problem with the sound. No we did not have a sound bar but the sound directly from the television was lacking so I returned it. Thanks!

    The tv is not worth the $1,000 price tag and the bestbuy employee that push it on me was a liar he promised if the price changed within 60 days I can get the difference and that’s the only reason I bought it! Then when I went to do that he was fired and bestbuy would not honor what he had told me. Not happy about the last purchase at bestbuy at all

    The mouse in the control keeps freezing, and when that happened, you need to turn off the TV all the time for you

    Disappointed in the picture quality.. not as sharp and crisp as my Samsungs .. heard it was a real good tv.. but it’s not

    I’ll keep it short and sweet. The audio is terrible and will make random popping noises from time to time, the HDMI ports often will play sound and not video, and/or video will drop out and revert back to audio only in the middle of watching TV or gaming, the TV will turn on the PS5 and auto switch to it randomly while watching TV (no one is touching the remote or a PS controller when this happens), and when the video actually works it’s choppy and laggy. Worst TV I can remember owning.

    I didn’t receive this product because I unfortunately had to cancel the order due to the horrible customer and delivery service. After repeatedly requesting the home delivery to take place in the afternoon, Best Buy’s geek squad always arrived in the morning during the weekday when no one was home. They told me I had up to a certain date to receive this TV otherwise I would not get the TV but I also won’t get a refund because it would be past c amount of days from the order date. My original delivery date was for 12/26 and they delayed it up to January 9th when I told them this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Overall, the horrible customer service would transfer me to different departments, be extremely rude on the phone, and offer absolutely zero help and just keep you on hold for 45 min to an hour wasting your time. Will NEVER go through this again.

    I hate doing this but this tv isnt as good as these reviews say. Im a stickler for quality. My tv wasnt working right from what i could see or im blind. No matter what i changed on it, it just looked off and the colors where off too. I returned and upgraded a little to the lg qned 83 mini led 65inch and i made a HUGE difference! If you want better quality you will get it for the little bit of extra money i promise that!

    Has an issue with the remote called geek squad and ended up with some one from overseas I couldn't understand. He said that was the way it was supposed be and hung up on me. Lousy service
