    This television was not a bad deal for being a store display. I actually enjoy the screen quality. I’m unable to use the full features of the the television because apparently they do not keep the remotes in a ziplock bag in the store display drawers anymore. *sound quality: I don’t use the sound through the TV. I have a receiver that I use for sound.

    For a sub $1k TV, I'm very pleased with this screen. Yes, there is light leakage on the edge when the screen is black, but if that bothers you, you're probably not shopping at this class of screen.

    Had it not been for Nathan, I’d not have bought from BB. He was knowledgeable, patient and wasn’t salesy at all. He made great recommendations and knows his technology. He made it easy to do business with BB.

    CS person wasn’t very helpful. My nephew was with me (thank goodness), so he guided me through the purchase, ie pros/cons. I made a wise choice.

    Very pleased with this TV. Sharp color contrast. Sound is typical of slim tv's and would do better with a sound bar, but overall is ok w/o soundbar. Very good pic definition.
