    It’s a good set and moving from a 55 to 65 was a nice evolution. But going from LED to this QNED was not a big jump. Picture is not as crisp nor detailed as I was led to believe. The blacks are blacker. But when watching sports I was told the action was going to be a big difference. Not so much.

    Gotta be honest, I can’t tell much difference between this and the 8 year old tv it replaced. I thought I was buying something incredibly high tech. It is not overly impressive. It does work and function as it should though.

    Purchased this TV in December 2022. It works beautifully, the remote can be challenging though. Overall, I am disappointed that this LG is not miles apart from the TCL that I have. I expected a higher end brand to blow away the lower end, and it just does not. Particularly with respect to color and sound.

    when i turn tv on theres white edging along the top and bottom of screen never seen that happen having tv replaced before it gets worse

    Very disappointes with sales rep at best buy. Lied about retun policy. Td ua 30 days and we purchases a 5 year warranty. The tv will not connect and work. Called numerous times still no call back from manager. Husband had spine surgery and i can not lift to return to store and still no call back

    Screen is great, they definitely need and update on their home software. Same as 5 years ago. Couldve been $200 less.

    Kept getting rescheduled for installation

    I don’t know how good the tv is because my installation kept getting rescheduled. I bought the tv and a sound bar and the tech service for$2,000 on December 4th and it was supposed to be done on the 8th. I changed the wall mount and for some reason they had to change the installation date to a week later. Then it snowed on the 15th and they rescheduled to the 18th only to tell me then that the work vehicle broke down and rescheduled me for the 30th. One month after buying and they MIGHT install a tv for me. I tried to escalate this to someone who could get me set up for today but was told that wasn’t possible so I cancelled the order. They lost $2,000 and lost a customer because they don’t have their act together and aren’t willing to make things right.
