The staff there explained everything clearly and showed me differences using floor models. I felt my experience was personalized becuase they took time out and helped me make the right choice. This is a beautiful display. I can't comment on its software since I use a shield TV, but I'm able to finally get the most from it. Movies like Coco have a whole new beauty.

I purchased a very expensive tv about a year ago (name I won't mention) but top of the line, had nothing but heartache and headaches, after giving rave reviews. But so far, I'm liking it.

Great TV
