Our sales person (Ben) explained to us the differences between the OLED, QLED, and the QNED which we decided to purchase based on all the information that Ben gave us.

I’m still learning and hoping to find the right set up.

The team who delivered and set up my TV was also great, but the automatically generated notifications about anticipated arrival time need some work, however. I was sent a location map with anticipated arrival time of 7 minutes about 2 hours before they actually arrived. This made the information useless. Geek Squad, need to reevaluate how this information is generated as it disrespects the time of your customers.
