    If the remote had kept working and LG customer support was not so useless I would have a different opinion. THe reomte worked for 2 weeks then it wouldn't work. I tried all the recommendations on the website, reset, batteries etc but nothing brought it back to life. I called LG and they would not help without the serial of the TV which is mounted on the wall and not available without calling for someone to take it down. Even though it's less than 2 months old, I offered to PAY but they couldn't help either. Great Picture but horrible support.
