    TV is good and i got it used. The only thing is even though I bought the Excellent quality second hand tv, the original or any TV box was not included by the bestbuy team. They just bubble wrapped the oled tv and was expecting us to not break it.

    The LG Oled was great as expected. Service was poor at best when salesperson left for lunch and didn’t let anyone know I was still in the process of a purchase. Second salesperson was very pushy insisting on warranty purchase as well.

    I purchased this tv and right away had random flickering of pink and green while using apps on tv. Waited for an update and nothing so I had to return. Great picture other wise.

    So far we are very pleased with this TV. I have no complaints and I am super glad that we upgraded from an older TV that wasn’t even 1080P. This makes a huge difference!

    Great TV. Great service from David at the FL MALL location! An absolute GENIUS! This is the 2nd LG OLED A1 TV that I bought from him in the last 2 months (55" as well).
